I'm thoroughly let down by this medical practice. I visited twice towards the year's end, and on each occasion, the staff—both receptionists and doctors—were incredibly dismissive, cutting conversations short and giving me barely a moment to describe my concerns. The waiting time was absurd, with appointments running over two hours late (rendering the scheduling system meaningless). To make matters worse, I was somehow blamed when another patient was incorrectly processed under my name, forcing me to complain multiple times before being properly seen. During my consultations, I was repeatedly told my issues were "just stress" and nothing serious. However, nine months later, my symptoms have only worsened. I'm now compelled to seek medical attention elsewhere, unwilling to waste more hours being patronized and treated with such apparent indifference. Truly disheartening.

Frustrating healthcare service with poor communication

The medical practice completely bungled my father's medication scheduling and review appointments, then hypocritically tried to shift blame onto him for not being aware of dates they never actually communicated to him. Their standard deflective response was, "we mailed a letter..." - which he definitively never received. An internal staff member candidly admitted that an error had occurred somewhere in their system, yet the administrative team (unlike the genuinely supportive nurses and doctors) showed minimal initiative in resolving the issue. Moreover, if you attempt to hold them accountable for their mistakes, their reception staff becomes immediately defensive and unhelpful.

Unwelcoming front desk staff greeted me with hostility when I called during their official opening hours. They dismissed my request for a prescription refill as unimportant and told me to call back later. This is completely unacceptable. Their receptionists should be aware that mental health is critical, and medication should never be delayed for patients who depend on it. Their lack of compassion and professionalism is absolutely appalling.

I've never encountered a single issue throughout my interactions with this medical practice, whether during booking or my visits. My recent consultations with Dr Mahoney and Dr Neuberg were exceptional, as both physicians demonstrated remarkable dedication well beyond their professional obligations. My gratitude towards them is immense. The reception staff are wonderfully helpful, and the Surgery Manager is equally impressive. Additionally, Jenny, the secretary, consistently provides outstanding support. I deeply appreciate the compassion shown to me, and this kindness will always be remembered.

The reception team displayed an exceptionally unwelcoming attitude, both during phone conversations and in-person interactions, consistently seeming motivated to dismiss patients quickly. The physician repeatedly mishandled my medical documentation and erroneously recommended dose increases when a reduction was actually appropriate. Their conduct was thoroughly unprofessional and potentially compromised patient safety. Unprofessional staff at this medical practice, with the surgery manager displaying extremely inappropriate behavior. They aggressively confronted patients in the waiting area, publicly announcing personal medical information and threatening to refuse treatment. Their communication is hostile, hanging up on callers or rudely dismissing them before their stated business hours. The lack of basic customer service and respect led me to ultimately seek care elsewhere, and I'm relieved I made that decision!

Utterly dismal attitudes from the front desk staff, likely due to their low pay. These receptionists should focus on being welcoming and courteous instead of acting like they're somehow superior. You're simply desk workers, not VIPs. If they would actually pay attention to performing their basic receptionist duties properly, they might avoid making careless errors and then attempting to shift blame onto patients, rather than acknowledging their own incompetence and subpar service.
