Naturally, no system can operate flawlessly all the time, and I recognize these are human lives at stake, where waiting for a loved one's treatment makes every moment feel endless. Terrible medical service causing serious patient distress

I've been battling a persistent cough and fever for five weeks, and each time I contact the clinic, the receptionists simply recommend over-the-counter pain medication from the pharmacy. As a diabetic patient, I'm struggling to breathe and am now forced to sleep sitting upright, which is extremely uncomfortable. I'm completely at a loss and seriously considering going to the Emergency Department because the receptionists seem to believe they have the medical expertise to diagnose and treat me via phone, without reviewing my medical history or even listening to my symptoms. I'm strongly considering filing a complaint with medical regulatory authorities to ensure other patients don't experience the same negligent treatment I've endured due to the staff's apparent lack of awareness. It's deeply concerning that these receptionists are dispensing medical advice without properly understanding patients' conditions, especially for those with chronic illnesses, potentially risking serious health complications. Multiple times, my calls have been abruptly disconnected after waiting nearly an hour, which is incredibly frustrating. This situation is completely unacceptable. The clinic must develop better patient care strategies and take immediate steps to prevent potential harm to vulnerable patients.

I'm breaking my silence to caution others about Steve Hazard, a paramedic whose unprofessional conduct left me deeply disturbed. He failed to even offer a basic introduction and proceeded to document disparaging and unwarranted remarks in my medical records. This encounter has completely undermined my confidence in seeking medical care. The rest of the staff at the practice are compassionate and treat patients with dignity, which makes his behavior even more egregious. Truly unacceptable.

Terrible customer service at this medical clinic

For the past week, I've been attempting to schedule a doctor's appointment through daily phone calls and two in-person visits, but to no avail. Each receptionist I've encountered either dismisses my requests with laughter or shows complete indifference. Their standard response is that they're fully booked and suggest I try again tomorrow. The staff's attitude is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful!! I'd like to specifically call out the receptionist on Wednesday, March 6th at 11:30 am, who blatantly lied to me during my visit. In summary, the clinic's customer service, particularly at the reception, is absolutely unacceptable.

Instead of providing proper guidance, she curtly suggested he visit a pharmacy for advice about his health concern. Her casual and inappropriate language, such as using "cool" in a professional setting, came across as extremely unprofessional. Incompetent receptionists ruin an otherwise great practice

In absolute truth, the problem lies with the receptionists. I was dealing with a critical medical condition requiring immediate attention, but the receptionist insisted she wasn't "medically trained" to diagnose me. When I explained my shoulder pain and its potential connection to my primary concern, she completely dismissed my issue and suggested I "get physiotherapy". After considerable debate, she finally used her minimal cognitive resources to schedule an appointment with a duty doctor. I filed a formal complaint with Leaza (practice manager), who defended the receptionist by stating she wasn't a "medically trained professional". What's amusing is that I never sought the receptionist's diagnosis, merely attempting to communicate my symptoms to a genuine medical expert. Leaza claimed the physio recommendation was "just a suggestion", which is comical because I never requested unsolicited advice from an unqualified individual. Honestly, the intellectual capacity of many receptionists is shockingly low. During a urine sample submission, one receptionist claimed I didn't have enough urine and demanded I transfer it to a differently shaped container. The sample pots were identical in volume, so I simply poured the same urine into the alternative container. The receptionist then patronizingly congratulated me, seemingly believing I was intellectually challenged, when in reality, the opposite was true. The medical professionals here are exceptional and absolutely blameless. Whenever I've encountered an issue, they've been consistently supportive and thorough. Dr Thilo and Louise have primarily managed my care, always maintaining utmost professionalism. Louise even postponed her lunch to address my concerns personally, despite her demanding schedule. Recently, Dr Khalid and Dr Brock were equally impressive - compassionate, efficient, and committed to providing precisely the help I required.
