Frustrating and unhelpful medical service nightmare
It genuinely seems like this Surgery lacks compassion and attentiveness. Attempting to schedule an appointment is incredibly challenging, with staff routinely redirecting patients to dial 111. When you're simply trying to get medical care for a child, the process becomes utterly frustrating and genuinely concerning. Our previous medical practice was far more accommodating, and we've only switched because of relocation.

Unprofessional clinic with zero patient care
The entire facility is an absolute farce. Arriving just 7 minutes past the scheduled time, I apologized for my slight delay, only to be met with a receptionist adamant about rescheduling. After pleading, the receptionist reluctantly checked with the doctor, who flatly refused to see me due to the minor tardiness. IT APPEARS THE DOCTORS ARE SIMPLY LOUNGING INSIDE, COMPLETELY INDIFFERENT TO PATIENTS' NEEDS. UTTERLY DISGRACEFUL THAT THEY CANNOT ACCOMMODATE A PATIENT WHO HAS MADE THE EFFORT TO COME IN. I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL AND CALLOUS MEDICAL STAFF IN MY LIFE.

The waiting room has undergone a recent makeover, now with improved accessibility, including restroom facilities. Ample parking is available. The staff are incredibly supportive. I was delighted to consult with Dr. Nijram, a new Partner, who was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and genuinely listened to my concerns. There's a sense of hope emerging after the challenging Covid period! Kudos to the entire team.

They unexpectedly dropped me from their patient roster after misplacing my documentation. I only discovered this after initiating contact via email, and then was required to resubmit proof of my residential location within their service area. The processing of a straightforward referral dragged on for an excessive period, with zero communication despite my numerous attempts to follow up. Given that I work full-time during business hours, I cannot easily drop by in person and simply require a responsive healthcare service. At this point, I'm seriously questioning whether I want to continue as a patient here. I've only visited twice in the past ten years and certainly didn't anticipate experiencing such an inconvenient and frustrating ordeal.

The receptionist absolutely deserves to be terminated. Her demeanor is harsh and intolerant. Her interactions with patients are completely unacceptable. If she has no interest in addressing patient inquiries, she should not be working at the front desk. I entered the clinic to seek clarification on a matter. She responded in an extremely off-putting way. When I asked a follow-up question because I remained uncertain, she retorted, "Why so many questions?", "What, another question?" This is not how anyone should be treated in a healthcare setting. It's clear that the quality of this medical practice has significantly deteriorated since she began working here.

Frustrating receptionist ruins healthcare experience
By the time you reach call number 141, you might encounter a receptionist who appears disinterested and dismissive, talking over you with a patronizing attitude. On multiple occasions, I've dealt with the same receptionist who sounds burnt out and seems to believe she knows more about diagnosis than the actual doctor. I had missed a telephone call from the doctor. When I returned the call to explain I had just missed it, they coldly stated that I would need to schedule another appointment since the doctor had already called twice. While I understand the general rule, these calls were back-to-back within the same minute. The doctor I was seeing was only available on Mondays and Wednesdays. Since it was Wednesday, I was forced to wait until the following Monday to speak with her. I've started avoiding appointments to prevent interacting with this receptionist, as her demeanor makes me incredibly anxious, almost as if she thinks I'm fabricating my concerns.

An automated message abruptly announces the surgery is closed. I dialed repeatedly—109 times in total. Dangerous negligence puts vulnerable child at risk
If zero stars were an option, I'd choose that. Where to begin? A vulnerable child left unprotected due to their horrific record-keeping? Receiving seven-year-old documentation "for verification" regarding medication? No investigation into these serious oversights? Claiming "no record" of severe allergies present since infancy (when the child is now 13)? Dismissing his condition as "mild asthma" despite being a 12-week premature baby with multiple potentially fatal respiratory complications? Their front desk staff are not just uninformed but aggressively ignorant, actively accusing patients of fabricating information when asked about official services like NHS apps or teenage vaccinations. Want a medical appointment? Prepare to be interrogated - unless you're willing to divulge intimate personal details, you won't get seen. Avoid this practice unless you want to be completely disregarded, marginalized, and left anxious without any support. And the GP? She'd probably demand a pregnancy test from a patient with a severed limb. At the first opportunity, I'm leaving this place. It's astonishing they're permitted to continue operating.
