Unprofessional receptionist ruins medical center experience
Christina, the receptionist, displays a shocking lack of professionalism. When patients approach her, she remains disengaged, wearing her airpods and engaged in conversation. When she eventually acknowledges them, her demeanor is dismissive and sarcastic. Even more appalling, after patients depart, she mockingly discusses them with her conversation partner, laughing and making disparaging remarks. Her behavior is completely unacceptable. Despite the medical centre's superficial responses to reviews, suggesting they take concerns seriously, Christina continues to work there after 12 years, demonstrating a complete disregard for basic customer service and respect.

Twice I've attempted to schedule an appointment, but their website and app are completely non-functional. The Evergreen app was unfamiliar to me, and I would have preferred speaking directly with a receptionist. While I recognize the receptionist likely handles numerous calls daily, I simply wanted reassurance about scheduling the right type of appointment. During my hospital visit, I learned I might be facing a potentially life-threatening condition based on my blood work. My GP received the referral letter and attempted to contact me, but my teaching job prevents me from answering phone calls during work hours, as mobile phones are not permitted in classrooms. Nightmare medical centre with impossible appointment system
If you're searching for the most subpar medical facility in London, Parkside Medical Centre would undoubtedly top the list. Their refusal to implement an improved telephone triage and appointment system is appalling, and they've now resorted to using the Evergreen App as a means to restrict patient access to medical care. All appointments are supposedly booked through the app at 8am, but at that time, no appointments are actually available, and they persistently refuse to answer phone calls. This morning, I relentlessly called 54 times between 7:58 and 8:07, briefly feeling hopeful when the phone rang twice, yet the reception staff still managed to avoid answering (the line remained perpetually engaged with no call waiting option). When eventually connected, they will undoubtedly claim no appointments are available, as is their standard practice. Steer clear of this practice! Without a doubt, they represent the most inadequate GP service in Southwark.

Dangerous medical negligence destroying elderly patients health
Appalling medical treatment. A series of critical errors that have drastically compromised my elderly father's well-being. And the problems persist... The dedicated community nurse has wasted her limited time today (which should have been devoted to caring for vulnerable patients) sending emails, making calls about his prescription - she even personally visited the pharmacy attempting to resolve the issue. I will be re-engaging the ombudsman, as they previously "investigated themselves" after the last set of documented failures I reported! This healthcare provider deserves to be shut down! They are actively endangering patient lives!
