The operation of this surgery is fundamentally broken, and to compound the problem, securing an appointment with a general practitioner is practically impossible! This situation is utterly unacceptable, especially in the United Kingdom! Is there anything more aggravating than repeatedly dialing 322 times, only to finally reach someone who dismisses you with "Sorry, no more appointments today, come back tomorrow at 8AM"? I wasted countless attempts between 8AM and 9AM, getting absolutely nowhere, and squandering precious time in the process. With just two doctors available for the entire day, one can't help but wonder: What exactly are we paying all these taxes for?

The most terrible general practice I've ever encountered. Securing an appointment is impossible - I've been attempting to call every morning for a fortnight, and the phone line is perpetually engaged. The reception staff are incredibly discourteous and completely unhelpful. I even arrived at the practice at 8:00 AM specifically to book an appointment, and was told a doctor would telephone me. I waited by my phone all day, yet never received any call. When I rang back the following morning, I was rudely informed that my call hadn't connected, which I know is untrue. I cannot comprehend why this practice remains operational when patients are forced to resort to emergency services for issues they should be addressing. I'm extremely frustrated and advise anyone against registering here - it's essentially like having no general practice at all, as you'll never receive any meaningful assistance.

0 RATING.. ABSOLUTELY UNDESERVING OF EVEN A SINGLE STAR!! This GP practice in Southwark is an absolute nightmare. The receptionist, Henna, is incredibly unprofessional and dishonest, consistently fabricating excuses about appointment availability and refusing to facilitate communication with doctors. She falsely claims patients cannot use the "patient access" app for prescription renewals. As a patient dealing with thyroid issues, I've encountered nothing but obstacles when attempting to book appointments via phone or app, with staff consistently claiming slots are unavailable. Despite running out of critical medication, they're forcing me to wait an absurd two weeks PLUS for an emergency appointment - a situation I've been struggling with for nearly TWO MONTHS!!! I cannot stress enough how strongly I advise against choosing this practice. Steer clear at all costs. The only reason I'm registered here is because my previous excellent GP closed down. I genuinely feel sympathy for other patients trapped with this so-called "healthcare" provider. You would be far better off finding an alternative GP or seeking help at A&E. This facility is so incompetent that it genuinely deserves to be shut down permanently!!!

Every time they suggest calling at 8, it's impossible to get through because the phone lines are constantly jammed, and even when you finally connect, there are zero available appointment slots. This isn't even my own doctor's practice, but my partner's, and the whole situation is absolutely appalling! We're consistently forced to resort to the accident and emergency department instead.

I want to express my extremely frustrating experience with their appointment scheduling system. It's impossible to secure a same-day morning visit by walking in, leaving phone booking as the only option. The line is supposedly open at 8am, but each attempt reveals it's mysteriously inactive, not just busy. I've tried calling at 7:59am and get a message about the line opening at 8am, yet at 8am precisely, no one answers. Today, I made 20 consecutive calls between 8:00 and 8:35, and when finally connected, I was told all appointments were gone. The line was overwhelmed, and I'm clearly not alone in this struggle. The receptionist even admitted experiencing similar issues at her own clinic, which I find completely unprofessional. Her response doesn't address why this consistently happens since they changed their booking system. A busy line explanation is unacceptable, especially since this has been a recurring problem every single time I attempt to schedule an appointment. I'm giving one star only because the review platform requires it, but truthfully, I would give zero stars if possible.
