Terrible service and impossible to book appointments

The phone line is perpetually unresponsive during urgent reservation attempts. It seems they deliberately disconnect calls to prevent communication. If, by some miracle, you manage to get through after half an hour and countless redials, all available slots have vanished. Should you opt for a standard appointment, you'll face a three-week waiting period. This is hardly a novel experience. What an absolute nightmare of a medical service!

Heartless doctor fails young patient's basic needs

I'm absolutely stunned by the terrible service here. When I consulted the physician about my 11-year-old daughter experiencing her first menstrual cycle and dealing with significant discomfort, I requested a prescription so she could manage her medication at school. As any parent understands, due to safeguarding protocols, school medication administration requires an official prescription. I detailed this to the unsympathetic doctor, who callously responded that I should purchase over-the-counter medicine and have my daughter self-administer during her lunch break. It's unbelievable how this doctor could be so heartless - clearly, she has no understanding of parental concerns or child welfare. You should be thoroughly embarrassed and seriously consider ending your medical practice. Absolutely dreadful, utterly appalling, completely unacceptable.

Unempathetic doctor ruins decades of patient loyalty

I called ahead before my 4pm appointment to inform them I might be slightly delayed due to snowy conditions. The receptionist warned me I'd need to reschedule if I arrived more than 10 minutes late. I checked in at 4 minutes past 4. The locum doctor, who was my scheduled physician, emerged from her previous patient's consultation at 4:07pm and then called me into her room. Her immediate comment was that I only had 3 minutes remaining in my slot because I was late. I was already feeling distressed, and this interaction made me feel that communicating with her would be futile. While I recognize healthcare services are currently under significant strain, I found this treatment unacceptable. Despite being registered with this practice for over three decades, I have decided to seek medical care elsewhere.

Terrible service and long wait times at clinic

Absolutely terrible!!! Whenever you require medical attention from a healthcare professional, you're forced to wait 2-3 weeks and arrive at the clinic by 5 am. The front desk staff are incredibly discourteous, offering zero assistance and instead preoccupying themselves with their phones and idle conversation. They consistently cancel appointments without consideration. Patient care is clearly not their priority.
