Their patient care is abysmal beyond description. Without fail, every appointment involves a grueling two-hour wait, and they consistently run behind schedule. But the delayed timing pales in comparison to their appalling bedside manner. When patients seek clarification or ask questions, the staff treats them with disdain, making individuals feel belittled and ashamed for being unwell. STEER CLEAR OF THIS MEDICAL PRACTICE - LOOK FOR ALTERNATIVES If you rely on prescription medication, avoid this clinic at all costs. I've been a patient here for over a year, requiring critical mental health prescriptions, and this GP fails to order my medications more than 50% of the time. Their negligence has directly led to me being hospitalized because I was left without essential medication. You can expect to wait at least one hour for any appointment. Even when you make clear, polite requests, the GPs consistently ignore them. I specifically asked them to arrange a walk-in X-ray appointment, and they completely disregarded my request. Communication is practically non-existent. Most of the time, you won't receive notifications about important documents. I discovered a fit note had been created three weeks after the fact, as they have no patient notification system in place. This is an embarrassingly incompetent practice - seek medical care elsewhere. I was ultimately forced to change GPs due to their fundamental inability to perform basic medical services.

During in-person visits, despite being given a specific appointment time, patients are forced to endure additional waiting periods ranging from thirty to sixty minutes before finally seeing a physician. It defies comprehension how this establishment continues to operate; a thorough investigation is desperately needed. The entire experience is deplorable, with the waiting area being so poorly ventilated that breathing becomes a genuine struggle, creating an environment that is thoroughly unpleasant and suffocating.

I strongly advise against taking children to Dr. Sana. During my daughter's appointment, the doctor dismissed her condition as normal and sent her home. Within two hours, I brought her to an urgent care center where they immediately called an ambulance. The medical staff determined she was seriously ill and provided oxygen and a nebulizer treatment. This is the second time Dr. Sana has mishandled my daughter's health, and I am prepared to take formal action against her.
