Absolutely terrible medical centre with zero help

If I could rate this zero stars, I absolutely would. This is hands down the most incompetent medical facility in Manchester. This marks my third attempt to schedule an appointment, and they consistently refuse to help me, always redirecting me to a walk-in centre. I'm completely baffled by their purpose - are they here for amusement? To nap? Or simply to harass and frustrate patients? My recommendation to them is straightforward: if the reception staff are fundamentally incapable of performing their basic duties, they should either hand over responsibilities to someone competent or just shut down this entire medical centre. Seriously.
