Heartless practice ignored my sister's tragic death
I encountered the most appalling customer service when I called to inform them of my sister's passing. The receptionist's insensitivity was shocking as I attempted to explain the situation and request a halt to all communications. The staff member demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and professional training in handling a grieving family member. Despite my initial request, I continued to receive daily messages for four consecutive days, urging my deceased sister to come in for a "booster jab". When I called to address this, the receptionist deflected blame to the NHS, despite the text messages clearly displaying the medical center's name. After a frustrating exchange with another poorly trained and discourteous staff member, I requested to speak with management about their disrespectful handling of my sister's death, only to be abruptly thanked and hung up on. Additionally, on 24/10/2022, I attempted to stop these vaccination messages, enduring a 55-minute wait with no response. Ironically, they can send vaccine messages at 23:10 on a Saturday night. The practice's working hours and overall operations are a complete joke, and in my opinion, they deserve to be shut down.

Absolutely the most disappointing surgical experience I've encountered. Their communication is terrible - they never answer the phone when they officially open at 8:00, consistently starting calls 10-15 minutes late. The customer service is abysmal, and the staff demonstrates zero professionalism or courtesy. Approximately two weeks ago, I visited their facility during a severe rainstorm. I rang the doorbell multiple times - up to 10 attempts - but they refused to let me enter. The staff member was apparently trying to say something, but I couldn't understand him due to the heavy rain. This resulted in me being completely soaked when I was finally admitted. I cannot stress enough how strongly I advise against using this medical practice. Their lack of basic customer care and responsiveness is unacceptable.

Are they not embarrassed by the numerous negative reviews? I called at 8am to schedule an appointment, and the representative claimed they couldn't accommodate me that day. The following morning, I called again at 8am, and the line was incredibly congested. I was astounded by how many people seemed to be calling at that early hour, and it took 20 minutes just to get through. The staff member informed me they were completely booked and couldn't accept any more appointments, instructing me to call back the next day. I pleaded for any available slot - today, tomorrow, next week - I was willing to take anything after waiting so long. Their response? I must call again at 8am the next morning. Is this some kind of ridiculous joke?

I'm struggling to give this place even a single star, and that's being generous. Scheduled for 12:20, I arrived at 12:15, yet wasn't seen until 13:30 - an absolutely ridiculous wait! Their handling of my blood test results was equally abysmal. After my test on 6th October, I endured a two-week runaround of phone calls, being shuttled between different departments. They had my results the entire time but failed to communicate effectively. I was forced to book multiple appointments, only to have the doctor claim they couldn't find my results. A reception staff member eventually admitted someone simply didn't download the results from an email. This clinic is a complete shambles - if you care about your health, steer clear! Their incompetence is staggering. While waiting, I witnessed two other patients expressing serious frustration about potential medical negligence. Frankly, I'm not even slightly surprised by their anger.

Terrible medical practice with zero patient care
Initially, I was doubtful about the existing reviews of this medical practice, thinking they couldn't be as bad as described. However, when I genuinely needed medical attention, the experience was exactly as previous reviews had warned - a complete disappointment from the front desk staff to the incompetent Dr. NAQWI. Despite being a patient at this practice for five years, this was the first time I urgently required care, and they showed absolutely no concern. Their approach is either to have a doctor call you in the morning or direct you to a walk-in centre or the emergency room. When the doctor promises to call you back, don't hold your breath - as I discovered, they won't. You'll merely waste precious time, and you'd be better off waiting at the emergency room, which would likely be faster. Overall, this was an extremely poor experience, and the medical regulatory body should investigate and firmly address these issues to prevent other patients from enduring such a substandard level of care. 👎
