Terrible service at bulwell medical practice

Relocated to Bulwell and was compelled to transfer my medical practice. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply unpleasant. The reception staff are discourteous, and regardless of your efforts, securing an in-person appointment with a general practitioner appears to be an insurmountable challenge.

Terrible service for working parents seeking medical help

These medical professionals are completely incompetent. I've attempted to schedule appointments multiple times for various health concerns, and each time I'm told to call at 8am after already spending an excessive amount of time just trying to communicate with their staff - something I simply cannot do as a single working parent who must drop off my child at school and then head to work. As a result, I'm forced to endure ongoing medical issues. I'm seriously considering switching to a different healthcare provider.

Frustrating healthcare experience leaves patient in pain

I exhausted my pain medication supply 3 days ago and proactively visited my physician beforehand to request a refill. Today, 72 hours later, I called to follow up on the matter, only to be informed that nothing has been resolved. When I requested to speak with a doctor or schedule an appointment, I was curtly told no appointments were available. I am extremely dissatisfied with this treatment and level of care.

Negligent care led to potential life-threatening consequences

I experienced three serious chest infections in 2020, and was promised a callback from DR dealkar, being advised to wait patiently. This happened in February 2020, but I didn't receive the call until over a year later in April 2021. By then, it was already too late - I'm now facing a critical health situation that could have been addressed with a CT scan last year, which was never performed. At just 43 years old, I'm deeply frustrated. The medical care has been absolutely unacceptable, and I'm definitely seeking a new healthcare provider to explore my remaining treatment possibilities.

I've been struggling for days to place my prescription order, and I'm currently stuck on hold. I began calling at 12:00, and now it's 12:50, with five people still ahead of me in the queue. I've even attempted to call during dinner time, and despite trying since October 5th, I'm still waiting at 12:55 and can't bear it any longer. Absolutely terrible service.
