Her dedication was remarkable as she persistently helped me with urgent care reports until I was completely satisfied. She truly went above and beyond in her service. I'd also like to commend the Parkside pharmacy team, who contacted me around early June to ensure I was informed about medication changes from my respiratory consultant. Their proactive communication and reassurance were greatly appreciated. We often forget that healthcare workers are human beings doing their best in challenging circumstances. Terrible doctors blame rishi sunak for everything
The medical practice is in dire need of improvement, with physicians displaying a complete lack of communication skills. It's absurd that during a recent visit, my partner and a friend met with 'Dr M Javed' and somehow the conversation devolved into blaming Rishi Sunak for their issues. Let me clarify: this occurred because Dr Javed simply doesn't care. I can only envision this so-called doctor, in his final moments, desperately trying to contact Rishi Sunak to bid farewell. What an utter embarrassment that this doctor can sit at his desk daily, dismissing patients with an unbelievably rude and contemptuous attitude that defies imagination. Avoid this Surgery at all costs or seek alternative healthcare immediately. They remain trapped in a mindset of perpetual misery, believing no solution is possible. THIS MATTER WILL BE ESCALATED......

Negligent doctors nearly cost me my life
My encounter with this medical practice last year during my pneumonia was absolutely terrible. Despite repeatedly calling for an appointment over three weeks, I was consistently dismissed with comments about everyone having a cough. I had hoped they would recognize I wasn't someone who frequently sought medical attention, given I hadn't visited a doctor in roughly 15 years prior. When I eventually secured an appointment, a nurse performed a cursory examination and claimed there was no lung infection. Approximately two weeks later, still feeling unwell, I opted to visit the hospital's walk-in clinic. They conducted an X-ray and diagnosed me with severe pneumonia. Subsequently, I spent around six months cycling in and out of hospital because the untreated condition had developed into empyema, which will likely result in permanent lung scarring and damage. I understand their reluctance to prescribe antibiotics too readily, but providing them initially would have prevented the pneumonia from escalating to such a critical state. As a consequence of this experience, I have since switched medical practices.

The recently installed phone system is utterly abysmal. The front desk staff seem to believe they're more knowledgeable than the medical professionals. It's baffling how a practice with numerous doctors can make it so impossible to schedule an appointment, especially for parents with young children in need of medical attention. You start to understand why emergency rooms are overwhelmed with cases that could have been handled by a general practitioner. When you attempt to call, all you encounter is an automated message saying they can't answer, and you're left wondering if they've deliberately turned off their communication lines.

Suggesting that the new phone system is an improvement is utterly absurd. The staff needs to actually listen to patients' concerns! Reaching someone has become entirely unfeasible. I attempted to contact the office 16 times over a fortnight and never managed to speak with a single staff member, consistently being disconnected RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY I did not disconnect the call; the system itself terminates the connection. Your unawareness of this issue clearly indicates you have never personally attempted to contact the surgery
