Absolutely appalling service! Scheduled a phone consultation for 3:45, and over an hour later, still no communication from their end! If we were to arrive an hour late to our appointment, they would undoubtedly refuse to see us.

I visited the nurse for blood work and inquired about checking my perforated eardrum's healing status. Surprisingly, she claimed they lacked the necessary equipment to examine my ears. What kind of medical facility operates without proper diagnostic tools? Now I'm forced to endure a 30-minute phone queue, despite already being present at the clinic - absolutely absurd.

I've had interactions with two separate receptionists, and both encounters were absolutely appalling. What is it with the staff at this medical practice who seem completely clueless about basic customer communication!!!!! The most recent representative, Laura, was particularly terrible! She insisted I use the app to order my prescription, and despite the app being non-functional, they refuse to provide any assistance.

Horrible reception service that wastes patients time

Poor Communication and Customer Service. Their phone lines are constantly congested, and you're fortunate if they answer after waiting 30 minutes to an hour! Additionally, some staff members display a dismissive attitude towards patients, often appearing uninterested and forcing patients to raise their voices just to be acknowledged. Today was particularly frustrating - they couldn't even manage their basic appointment registration system. I've reached my limit and will definitely be filing a formal complaint about this unacceptable service.

It feels like they're constantly undermining my worries, suggesting I'm overreacting and should stop researching my symptoms online. The phone staff's attitude is particularly off-putting. When I called to inquire about a follow-up, I was met with a vague and unhelpful response like, "I can't say with everything going on right now." I'm experiencing swollen lymph nodes in my armpit, and they're advising me to wait six weeks before returning, which contradicts the advice I received from the 111 health service. I'm left feeling abandoned, anxious about my health, and completely powerless in this situation.

Terrible receptionist ruins parkside surgery experience

I am absolutely fed up with the receptionist at Parkside surgery, Donna, who is incredibly rude. When I called yesterday about my daughter, I was interrogated about her condition. I mentioned her sore chest and phlegmy cough, and tried to keep another matter private, but Donna insisted I disclose everything or risk not being seen. Every time I call her, she claims she can't hear me, and when I raise my voice to be understood, she accuses me of shouting. It's impossible to communicate with her. She is a complete disappointment to Parkside surgery. Today, when I called about my other daughter, I was told to go elsewhere because she claims I'm being abusive, simply because I don't want to share personal details. She seems to think she's a doctor now. After reading other reviews, I realize I'm not the problem - she definitely is. I hope to finally get the proper healthcare I deserve. Goodbye, and I would have given zero stars if possible.
