Worst medical experience ever terrible healthcare service
Absolutely abysmal medical service from start to finish - from the discourteous and unprofessional front desk staff to the misleading appointment scheduling. As an acute stroke patient, I've been unable to see a general practitioner for three entire years. When I finally got a blood test, despite being on blood thinners, no INR test was conducted. My test results revealed low folic acid, low vitamin D, and elevated cholesterol levels. I remain unable to consult a competent GP, as the receptionist consistently provides nonsensical information, seemingly oblivious to the fact that I myself work as a phlebotomist in a medical practice. If the rating system allowed zero stars, I would select that option without hesitation. These healthcare providers are actively contributing to patient health deterioration, inducing depression and anxiety. They are brazenly unapologetic and indifferent. I strongly advise anyone seeking medical care to avoid this practice entirely - these individuals demonstrate a complete lack of concern for patient well-being, to the point of potential life-threatening negligence.

Incompetent gp failed to send my prescription
Absolutely terrible service! I reached out to my general practitioner on two separate occasions in May, requesting them to forward my prescription to the pharmacy. Each time, they assured me with complete confidence that they had done so. When I went to collect my medication in June, the pharmacist informed me that no email had been received. Upon contacting the GP again, I was met with nothing more than an apology. They acknowledged their error and confirmed through their system that no pharmacy communication had occurred! They promised to contact the pharmacy once more, but when I checked with the pharmacy directly, there was still no trace of my prescription! This general practitioner's performance is utterly unacceptable! ! !
