Appalling prescription service

I put in a prescription request on 4/3/25. It was delayed as GP not read hospital letters. I sent copies. Chased in person (had to take leave) a week later. They spent ages looking for copies I sent. Chased again by phone. Eventually issued, but night insulin, needles and test sensors missing. Chased by phone again. Still no luck. Visited this morning. I am now in pain as night insulin missing. Can't test my sugars without sensors.

Unquestionably the most terrible medical practice imaginable - don't take my word for it, go experience the nightmare yourself I desperately want to elaborate on how I sincerely wish every single person connected to this establishment would discover a passionate interest in wandering through ominous, perilous side streets To potentially rediscover some semblance of compassion, because after my final procedure with them, I've completely lost my faith in human decency!!! The staff at this medical center are welcoming, and scheduling appointments for myself and my kids has always been straightforward. Despite this, I've encountered some troubling interactions with a particular female physician who provided grossly inaccurate medical guidance on multiple separate occasions. I attempted to engage with the Practice Manager to address these issues, but was met with complete silence and no return communication. This lack of response raises serious concerns about potential misinformation potentially affecting more vulnerable patients. Consequently, I've made the decision to transfer my medical care to another facility that demonstrates greater commitment to professional and accurate healthcare. The clinic would do well to improve their responsiveness and take patient feedback about medical consultations more seriously.

Unprofessional staff ruined my healthcare experience

Just two mornings back, I rang up the general practitioner's office to schedule a consultation for my child! The receptionist who picked up was incredibly discourteous, flatly declaring no appointments were available throughout the entire week! She didn't even bother to inquire about the nature of our medical concern or listen to details regarding my child's condition! She completely shut down my attempts to explain! I'm absolutely frustrated with this medical practice and their staff, who demonstrate zero professionalism or compassion! When I called later that same day, they miraculously found an appointment within the next hour - which makes me question how someone could earlier claim total unavailability for the whole week! One star is honestly far more generosity than the quality of service they provide to patients!

It's infuriating to receive reassurances from a physician about your 73-year-old mother when her condition is clearly deteriorating. My last in-person consultation was back in January, during which the doctor didn't even conduct an examination, simply dismissing her concerns with "she is old." This pattern began years ago when my mother first developed tremors. I sought guidance from her GP, hoping for a diagnosis and a strategy to preserve her motor skills and quality of life. Instead, I was met with the same callous response that her age negates the need for medical intervention. While I'm not a medical expert, I'm certain Parkinson's is age-related. In just half a year, my mother transformed from an independent individual to requiring assistance with basic tasks like bathing. Her walking abilities are rapidly diminishing, yet her doctor insists she's "fine" during our recent conversation. Hospital staff consistently recommend specialist consultations. I can only hope the physiotherapy and neurology referrals take precedence over potential stroke or blood clot risks. Without improving her mobility, these complications seem inevitable. We're doing our best to keep her active, but we lack professional medical expertise. In conclusion, if you're seeking a GP for your loved ones, assume this practice is non-existent. Even if you secure an appointment, you might face endless waiting and receive a superficial "you're okay" assessment without proper examination. I erroneously entrusted them with my mother's care. Learn from my mistake and avoid the same pitfall.

The waste management here is abysmal, and the staff are incredibly unprofessional. These employees are clearly past their prime and desperately need to be replaced. If improvements aren't made immediately, this facility should simply shut down. My experience was a total waste of time and an absolute letdown. I've encountered the most subpar medical practice in this locality. The physicians appear solely focused on dismissing patients, hastily directing them to the pharmacy without even scheduling an in-person consultation. These doctors are OBVIOUSLY EXTREMELY APATHETIC. I'm absolutely planning to transfer my medical records elsewhere, as the situation continues to deteriorate - from the unhelpful front desk staff to the overall service quality and the doctors who demonstrate zero concern for patient care! Even with an existing asthma condition and a developing chest infection, seeking medical consultation seems impossible.
