Inconsistent care frustrates patient seeking medical help

Each visit, despite having a scheduled appointment, you're assigned a different physician, forcing you to repeatedly recount your entire medical history. This constant repetition is incredibly taxing and frustrating. The nurse, who appeared to be of Asian descent, was absolutely exceptional. Highly competent and thoroughly professional.

Terrible receptionists ruin an otherwise good experience

Absolutely the most unprofessional front desk staff I've encountered. Jackie, a long-time employee with 13 years of service, consistently communicates in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. She refused to assist me in booking an appointment. Similarly, Allison demonstrates a hostile and condescending attitude. Interacting with these receptionists is a thoroughly unpleasant experience. On a positive note, the medical professionals themselves are competent.

Rude and unprofessional medical staff at clinic

I dialed the entry intercom at the entrance and was met with an irritated grunt from the staff member at 2:30 PM, who then abruptly terminated the call. Subsequent attempts to reconnect were summarily dismissed. For a full ten minutes, I stood outside, during which time I observed another patient being attended to at the window, who then glanced at me before closing it entirely. Such conduct is utterly unacceptable for a facility staffed by healthcare professionals. The behavior was shamefully unprofessional and completely inexcusable.

Worst service ever for baby registration

Completely unacceptable service. Staff displayed zero professionalism and were unhelpful. The process of registering my infant was absurdly drawn out, taking over five days for what should be a simple data entry task. It's ridiculous how long they took to input basic information like name, address, and birth date. The moment COVID restrictions lift, I'm definitely switching to another service and moving my entire family's registration elsewhere!
