I am submitting a formal grievance regarding a receptionist called Windy at Parkview Surgery. When I sought an urgent appointment for my daughter's patch test, Windy demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. She categorically refused to acknowledge my concerns and provided zero assistance or constructive alternatives. Her demeanor was exceptionally discourteous, which left me feeling utterly defeated and abandoned during a critical moment concerning my daughter's medical needs. Frontline reception personnel are fundamental to patient care, and I firmly believe patients should be treated with dignity and genuine understanding. I am formally requesting a thorough investigation into this incident and seek clarity on the specific corrective actions that will be implemented to prevent such unacceptable treatment from recurring in the future.

As with many organizations, staff transitions can lead to some turbulence - and in the past, I've experienced some challenges because of this. However, over the past twelve months, I've been genuinely impressed with the entire team!
