Terrible Medical Experience! I sought help for a prolonged, severe bout of diarrhea lasting over 20 consecutive days. Despite enduring a 30-minute wait for a brief 5-minute consultation with the doctor, I remained patient. However, the subsequent events were frustrating. The physician recommended a blood test through my GP, but the nurse informed me the earliest available appointment for blood work was nearly a month away! When I expressed concern about waiting so long without medication, she dismissively responded, "It's okay!" I explained I would be unavailable on the proposed date and requested an alternative, to which she casually suggested I call back upon my return. I pointed out this would further delay the process by another month, effectively pushing the entire process to a two-month timeline. Her repeated response of "It's okay" was infuriating and demonstrated a complete lack of patient care and medical urgency.

Terrible medical service with impossible appointment system

This medical practice is absolutely terrible. They're critically understaffed with general practitioners and completely unresponsive to patient needs. When you urgently need medical attention and call for an appointment, their receptionists simply redirect you to the emergency room, which is completely unprofessional. Their appointment booking system is ridiculously restrictive, with a mobile app that's only accessible for a mere 40-minute window between 8am and 6:30pm. The clinic is overcrowded and clearly incapable of providing adequate care or service to patients. The entire experience is frustrating and unacceptable.

I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with this medical practice. My 77-year-old father has recently registered with them, and given his advanced age, he struggles with digital technology and online systems. Despite his challenges, they insist he must book appointments exclusively through an online portal called patches, which he simply cannot manage. I've explicitly explained that he won't be able to navigate this system, especially considering he's potentially experiencing early dementia. Their dismissive response is to suggest someone else should book for him, which is unhelpful since he lives alone. While he is perfectly capable of walking to their office or making a phone call to schedule an appointment, they rigidly refuse and demand he use the online platform. I'm already extremely frustrated with this medical practice. Update: I received a call from the surgery manager Leanne, who successfully addressed my concerns. Her prompt and effective assistance has completely restored my confidence in the practice, and I'm genuinely grateful for her help.

When the hospital reached out seeking a referral, the surgery fabricated a promise about scheduling an appointment if I initiated contact—a commitment they never fulfilled. The personnel are discourteous, and the physicians demonstrate a complete lack of professional competence.

Frustrating wait and multiple rescheduled appointments

I initially scheduled my first consultation, but it was called off. After some effort, I secured a second appointment. Unfortunately, I arrived 12 minutes past the scheduled time and was instructed to reschedule once more. During my subsequent visit, I ended up waiting 14 minutes before seeing the physician. The actual doctor's consultation went well. The doctor advised me to arrange a blood test at the front desk. To my bewilderment, I was given a blood test appointment that was three weeks away. I find it incredibly perplexing that a blood test would be scheduled so far in advance???

During a telephone consultation, I encountered a doctor who was remarkably compassionate—a rare occurrence at this clinic. After the physician requested blood tests, I phoned to arrange a follow-up appointment to discuss the results. Regrettably, my interaction with the subsequent doctor was profoundly frustrating. I was taken aback by their seemingly inadequate medical understanding and the condescending tone they used when addressing me. The entire encounter was deeply demoralizing.
