Lisa is amazing. Despite my best efforts to the contrary through totally managing to neglect myself since my teens. She has got me to 59 and has no intentions of stopping. She’s informative. Professional and can be brutally honest and frank. However. She’s always empathetic, warm and seems to genuinely care. In a practice with so many great healthcare professionals. Lisa still manages to stand out. I’m so glad I found this local practice when I did. After suffering at my family practice with old style doctors, a receptionist who thought she knew best and nurses who would rather be elsewhere. This practice was a breath of fresh air. Thank you everyone. For being there and keeping me alive. Double thanks to Lisa for caring enough to be open, honest and practical. She is far more focused on fixing the problem and not the blame.

The GP practice feels like an extension of my own family. Despite enduring four incredibly challenging years, PMC has been my unwavering support throughout my health journey. I've been a lifelong patient here, and for over a decade, my current Doctor has consistently demonstrated exceptional care and genuine compassion for her patients (a sentiment her colleagues also share). The nursing staff are truly remarkable, welcoming everyone with warmth and familiarity. As the practice has expanded, I've noticed new team members who are excellent additions to the existing staff. The reception team deserve immense credit for managing their demanding and high-pressure roles with remarkable skill and dedication. I'm genuinely appreciative that their appointment system differs from neighboring practices. The current approach is far more patient-friendly, and I sincerely hope they maintain this accessible method. PMC represents more than just a medical facility to me - it embodies the cherished concept of a traditional "family doctor" environment. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to every single member of their incredible team.

Upon arrival, you can either interact with the friendly receptionist or utilize the straightforward self check-in system. The waiting area provides a remarkably soothing environment, enhanced by gentle background music from my preferred era. The staff members are consistently eager to assist with any questions. When your healthcare professional is ready, they personally guide you to your consultation room, invariably wearing a warm, welcoming smile. Today, Lisa was my clinician, and she demonstrated exceptional skill and was genuinely enjoyable to converse with. Although I'm not a frequent visitor to my general practitioner, I'm always confident that I'm receiving top-tier care whenever I do come.
