Mixed experience: Friendly staff, rude nurse, misgendered

Upon arrival, I was welcomed by a pleasant receptionist, which initially set a positive tone for my visit. However, my experience took a downturn when I encountered the nurse responsible for conducting my scan. Their demeanor was notably discourteous, and they exhibited a distinct lack of empathy or concern for my well-being. To compound matters, I was taken aback to discover that my scan photo erroneously identified me as female. This misidentification added an extra layer of frustration to an already disappointing encounter. Reflecting on the entirety of my visit, I must admit that it fell short of my expectations and left much to be desired in terms of professionalism and attention to detail.

Friendly sonographer ensures comfortable experience

I had an absolutely delightful experience with the sonographer and her assistant. Their warm demeanor and approachability put me at ease right away. They created such a comfortable atmosphere that I felt completely relaxed throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and friendly attitudes truly made the appointment a positive one.

Terrible service: Avoid at all costs

The customer support experience was utterly disappointing. I cannot, in good conscience, endorse this establishment. Their service falls far short of acceptable standards, leaving much to be desired. Potential patrons would be wise to seek alternatives elsewhere.

Ignored at reception: Rude self-check-in ordeal

Upon entering, I found myself standing at the counter, bewildered by the receptionist's blatant disregard. Left with no alternative, I resorted to self-check-in. The sheer lack of acknowledgment was nothing short of discourteous.

Frustrating appointment system at local GP

I attempted to book an appointment, only to discover they've changed their system. Now, you're required to call for same-day slots instead of scheduling in advance. When I phoned at 1 PM, I managed to reach someone within minutes, but they informed me all appointments had already been taken. They suggested I try again the following day. While I have no complaints about the GP's quality of care, this new appointment system is incredibly frustrating. It seems nearly impossible to secure a consultation when needed.

Confidentiality breach in medical waiting room

The lack of discretion regarding patient privacy was appalling. While seated in the reception area, I couldn't help but overhear the staff member behind the counter loudly announcing personal details, including names, medical conditions, test outcomes, and physicians' directives. The blatant disregard for confidentiality left me utterly astounded and deeply concerned about the practice's commitment to protecting sensitive information.
