A clinician was extremely helpful during my recent telephone appointment. They talked me through various treatment options and listened patiently while I discussed my concerns at length without making me feel rushed. I received my test results the same day via the online portal, which was wonderful and very reassuring to get back so quickly. Another clinician at the practice has also been fabulous and easy to speak with and approachable. I have been a patient of theirs for quite some time and was with their family members before that. I must commend the receptionist who is always efficient, very friendly and extremely helpful whenever I have needed something urgently, such as printing out medical documents for me which gave me peace of mind and greatly assisted me when I needed to submit them elsewhere urgently. The phlebotomist who took my blood test was great too and gave me good advice and was equally friendly, seeing me on time, which is always a huge bonus. I am very fortunate to be a patient at this practice. My family have been for many years and I do highly recommend the surgery.
