Friendly staff but frustratingly slow service

The staff are pleasant, but the service is abysmal. They're constantly idle at the reception desk and incredibly slow to answer phone calls. Attempting to schedule an appointment is a nightmare, with consultations reduced to impersonal phone conversations where doctors somehow claim they can diagnose issues without physically examining patients. I've repeatedly encountered unresolved medical concerns and eventually stopped trying. Whenever I attempt to book appointments for myself or my young children, I'm consistently told the earliest slot is 4-7 days away, or worse, I'm advised to seek care elsewhere. This is unacceptable—this is my primary healthcare provider, and I shouldn't be forced to look for alternative clinics or endure such lengthy waiting periods. The dismissive attitude is infuriating. Since the COVID pandemic, it seems medical staff in doctor's surgeries have become reluctant to perform their basic professional duties, turning the entire healthcare experience into a complete mockery.

Terrible service for new mother's urgent health needs

I've been attempting to schedule an appointment for my infant, but I'm consistently advised to visit urgent care if I'm unable to wait. After being directed by 111 to the surgery, I'm now waiting for a doctor's call at 12:30pm. When I contacted the surgery, the receptionist informed me that the doctor is occupied and suggested urgent care if I'm impatient. This behavior is extremely unprofessional. My attempt to book a 6-week postnatal check resulted in being told no appointments are available and that I should call back in January.

Worst medical experience ever terrible service

I've been a patient at this medical practice for half a decade, and it's absolutely terrible. Trying to schedule an appointment is a nightmare. The receptionist acts like she's running the whole clinic and has an incredibly condescending attitude. I've barely managed to see the doctor, and that was only after threatening legal action when my young daughter was experiencing undiagnosed heart issues. Her condition was being overlooked, which was completely unacceptable. I'm now planning to switch practices and cannot wait to leave this unprofessional and incompetent establishment.

The doctor refuses to prescribe medication via phone call, but simultaneously makes it impossible to schedule a face-to-face consultation! I was redirected to call 101, who then advised me to visit my GP. When I called precisely at 8 AM, all daily appointments were already fully booked???
