Unprofessional service left me frustrated and angry

Call time 10:14 14/08/2023 Disconnecting a call while the customer is still mid-sentence is absolutely unacceptable. This is particularly egregious considering the extensive wait time required just to connect with a representative in the first place. The level of disrespect shown is truly appalling, and your staff should be deeply embarrassed by such unprofessional behavior.

While the clinic has some truly skilled and knowledgeable professionals, there are also staff members who lack sufficient expertise. The inexperienced team members don't merit high praise, but the seasoned professionals absolutely deserve recognition beyond a simple star rating. Absolutely appalling treatment by this healthcare provider who denied my mentally unwell daughter her prescription medication, solely based on repeated false claims from someone calling emergency services alleging she attempted an overdose, which is completely untrue since I personally maintain possession of her medication at all times.

Exceptional care and comfort at medical clinic

The service was absolutely top-notch. The reception team was delightful, and the nurse who handled my implant removal was exceptional - truly the most skilled and compassionate professional I've encountered. Blood draw on 4/7/2023. This was hands down the most comfortable blood test I've experienced. While blood tests are typically not too painful, this phlebotomist was exceptional - I truly didn't feel any discomfort at all.

Worst healthcare experience ever completely unacceptable

Absolute zero rating would be my preference if possible. I've spent the entire week attempting to secure an appointment, constantly encountering busy lines or complete booking unavailability. After tremendous effort, I finally managed to schedule a slot, only to be informed the doctor would contact me between 1-5pm. Predictably, no call materialized. When I followed up, they casually explained they had unilaterally cancelled my appointment with zero communication, offering no resolution or alternative.

Upon first glance, the exterior seemed uninviting, but the interior was surprisingly bright and rejuvenating. Recently updated with pristine carpeting and a secure, slip-resistant bathroom floor. The personnel were delightful, welcoming, and exceptionally supportive.

Scheduling here is a complete nightmare. Every morning, I'm stuck on hold for well over 40 minutes immediately after they open, only to be informed that all appointment slots are gone. When I inquire about future availability, they can only offer dates more than a month out. Utterly frustrating and inconvenient.

Terrible service with rude reception staff

My opinion of this medical practice has significantly declined over the past year, descending into complete chaos. Attempting to secure an appointment during the 8-9am window is an exercise in futility. Typically, after enduring a 10-minute phone wait, the line abruptly disconnects. I spent an entire week trying to obtain my HRT prescription, ultimately visiting the practice in person, where a discourteous female staff member dismissively told me to call during the designated time slot. When I explained my week-long struggle, I was met with an eye roll and a contemptuous glare. Fortunately, a helpful young man suggested an online consultation alternative. The patient access app also provides options for ordering repeat prescriptions and scheduling appointments, which I'll gladly utilize to circumvent the unpleasant receptionist. It's evident that her job is overwhelming her, and she should seriously consider a career change. Her attitude is certainly not enhancing the practice's reputation.

Worst medical care ever for chronic pain patient

Absolutely dreadful service. Medication delivery is consistently delayed, leaving me without my slow-release morphine for pain management for nearly a week. The medical staff, including doctors and receptionists, demonstrate a complete lack of understanding when it comes to mental health patients. Their incompetence and indifference are appalling. If the rating system allowed, I would have given zero stars to reflect my frustration with their subpar care.
