Update 26th Aug The medical practice has shown notable enhancement based on my recent interactions. The front desk staff member, Jo, is exceptionally friendly and supportive, and my latest consultations with the physicians have been thoroughly satisfactory.

Rude gp ruins practice's reputation

Update: The recently introduced digital booking platform is woefully inadequate and potentially hazardous. Medication requests now demand an excessively lengthy approval process, with physicians taking 4 FULL DAYS to authorize prescriptions. Moreover, patients must complete repetitive paperwork for every repeat prescription. The service is absolutely abysmal. ---------- Steer clear of specific practitioners. During her early pregnancy, my wife was callously instructed to simply "endure" her discomfort. When I sought a follow-up discussion regarding test results viewed through the Patient Access App, the same GP responded dismissively, warning "this better not be about information we've already discussed" — demonstrating a complete lack of understanding and professional communication. The remaining medical professionals and administrative staff are exceptional. It's unfortunate that the entire practice's reputation suffers due to one physician's complete absence of compassion and interpersonal skills.

The previous evening I had a severe bout of what turned out to be vertigo; as it affected me all night and most of the previous day, we phoned the doctor in mid-afternoon and I was given an appointment only 40 minutes later! Dr Henderson saw me, diagnosed the trouble, gave advice, gave a prescription and a series of exercises to do. That was Friday at 4 p.m. - yesterday, Tuesday, I felt significantly better and able to take up work again. Today I feel back almost 100% to normal. One could noty hope for better service.

Why allow them only five stars - they need 500

They are always extremely helpful, and it is easy to make appointments. The service is friendly, considerate and never rushed.
