Spacious and welcoming medical centre near oswestry

Undoubtedly a top-tier Medical Centre in the Oswestry region. The facility is impressively spacious and immaculately maintained, with an attractive architectural design, soothing interior, excellent reception, comfortable waiting spaces, an on-site pharmacy, and ample parking facilities. The personnel are incredibly warm and courteous. The medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, receptionists, and pharmacists, consistently demonstrate friendliness, exceptional assistance, and genuine support. Useless booking system and unhelpful staff

The reception team is challenging and uncooperative, with the online booking platform being essentially useless. Staff actively dodge assisting patients in scheduling appointments, consistently blaming the system and claiming they can only book same-day slots. They exclusively provide telephone consultations, showing no consideration for key workers and consequently disrupting service delivery. The Patient Access online system is completely futile. Appointments can only be booked six days in advance and are exclusively available in a narrow one-hour window between 10-11am. Due to receiving only telephone consultations over the past five months, my treatment has been fundamentally ineffective. Physicians are essentially guessing, prescribing random medication combinations (which I'm personally funding) in a desperate attempt to find something that might work. If I performed my hospital duties with such incompetence, I would undoubtedly be terminated and potentially have my professional credentials permanently revoked!!!

Constant struggle to book a doctor

Booking an appointment is a nightmare. No pre-booking option means wasting 30 minutes on the phone only to be informed that all slots are full - and this happens without fail every single day! When you finally manage to see a physician, it's always a new, unfamiliar face who seems disinterested in truly understanding the seriousness of your medical concern. It's disappointing because there used to be three excellent, consistent doctors here in the past. Now, I'm uncertain if they're even still working at the practice or who my current GP is. I'm seriously contemplating switching to a different medical practice.
