Quick Care During Covid Concerns

Amidst the challenges of the pandemic, when healthcare has been transformed, I want to share my remarkable experience. I submitted an online consultation form about a breast concern (tenderness upon touch) The medical team promptly requested an in-person consultation within two days. Following the initial consultation, I was referred to Llandudno General outpatient services. Remarkably, I received an appointment letter almost immediately. Today, I attended the appointment, met with a physician, underwent a mammogram, had the results examined, and was informed everything was normal - all within a mere 3 hours! What else can I express.... EXTRAORDINARY service and compassion during what could have been an incredibly anxious period, made significantly less stressful by a streamlined process taking less than three weeks from start to conclusion. Truly remarkable! My heartfelt gratitude to the entire team.

Routine Appointments Always Work Out Fine

I find the one-star review appears to be more about telecommunications problems rather than the actual medical practice, which doesn't seem entirely fair or relevant. Having been a patient at this surgery for many years, I can honestly say they've been consistently reliable when it truly matters. While the morning appointment booking system - where you must call at 8:30am and wait to secure a slot - can be somewhat annoying, you can typically get seen the same day if necessary. My routine check-ups with the nursing staff have always been smooth, with no complications in scheduling or receiving care. Considering the large patient population this surgery serves, I believe we're fortunate to have such a dependable healthcare provider. Dr Cath and her team deserve recognition for their excellent service, and I'm genuinely grateful for their consistent support.
