This medical practice has been the finest I have attended. My family and I relocated to the area approximately a year and a half ago, and registering with the surgery proved straightforward. Given that I manage several ongoing health concerns, I interact with various clinical staff members, and they consistently demonstrate warmth and professionalism. I never experience feeling hurried during consultations, as the team genuinely dedicates time to ensuring my healthcare needs are properly addressed. The pharmacy team deserves particular recognition. Their dedication is truly outstanding. They consistently ensure that repeat medications are processed promptly, and they deliver their service with genuine friendliness and care. Several months ago, when I was managing considerable personal and health-related challenges and felt emotionally drained, the pharmacy staff demonstrated remarkable perceptiveness. Despite my attempts to appear composed, they recognised my distress and took the initiative to check on my wellbeing, offering support and conversation. They ensured I was properly cared for before I left and encouraged me to prioritise my own health and recovery. They relate to patients as individuals rather than simply cases, and I believe their contributions sometimes go unrecognised given that their work occurs behind the pharmacy counter. Their commitment to patient care is evident in everything they do. I am genuinely grateful for the exceptional service provided by all staff members and would encourage them to continue their excellent work.

I received a comprehensive health assessment with appropriate referrals and follow-up arrangements put in place. The care I received was notably better than what I had experienced at a previous practice in another location.

Staff dismissed concerns across multiple visits

To be frank, I would rate this experience far lower than one star if possible. I felt my concerns about my son were not adequately addressed despite visiting on multiple occasions regarding the same issue. During these visits, I did not feel heard or taken seriously, and was repeatedly told there was nothing to worry about. During a recent phone consultation, I experienced what I perceived as condescending communication and felt judged regarding a missed appointment that occurred due to my son's sleep difficulties. The interaction left me feeling unsupported and upset, particularly as a younger parent seeking professional guidance. The overall experience over this period has been deeply disappointing, and I am considering escalating this matter further.

I have consistently been attended to or given a response within a suitable timeframe whenever I have had pressing concerns, and I am very satisfied with the level of service I have received since becoming a patient here.

This is absolutely the best, most organised medical practice I have ever been registered at. I have needed ongoing support and reassurance following a serious health event several years ago. The team has always been very proactive and has accommodated me, often at short notice, when needed. Referrals to secondary care have been quick and thorough as has their response to online contact. These people have somehow kept me well and have never let me down. It's a wonderful feeling to be able to have full faith in your medical teams. Thank you all so much for your care and support.

Excellent practice, from start to finish, I was dealt with within a couple of hours. Everyone in the practice are so helpful, caring and friendly, from reception, seeing a clinician and having medication dispensed, it was so easy. Everything is run to perfection. The reception team provided helpful assistance throughout my visit. I required an urgent appointment due to feeling unwell with an ear-related concern. I was called through promptly within half an hour and was seen by a clinician who prescribed medication including a nasal spray. The service was excellent and I am very grateful.

Online booking system frustrates phone callers

Unable to book an appointment through phone contact. Unclear why staff are employed to handle calls when appointments must be arranged via the online system. The phone line appears to serve no practical purpose.

Outstanding service. I completed the appointment form and received a call within 10 minutes. An appointment was arranged in less than an hour. I was seen promptly and urgent imaging was organised along with appropriate treatment. I cannot thank the team enough; they were fantastic.
