New patient form gets quick same-day responses
We feel very fortunate to have access to this practice. The staff members are consistently friendly and demonstrate genuine care. The new patient request form for addressing health concerns is an effective system. I have consistently received prompt responses when using it and have been able to see a clinician the same day when necessary. Recently, I received a call in the evening regarding follow-up on a hospital appointment. It was remarkable that a member of the clinical team was working at that time to provide this support. We are grateful for their dedication.

Online form got me seen within hours
What a fantastic GP practice we have locally. Recently I filled in an online request form in the morning to get some advice about a respiratory concern I had. Within an hour and a half I was in an appointment getting checked over, and shortly after I had received a prescription. Within a couple of hours I was sorted and on the road to recovery. Thank you for the fantastic service and care you provide to us all.

Reception gave conflicting guidance on registration forms
I attended to register as a new patient and was provided with paper forms at reception. However, the practice website also instructs patients to print and bring the same forms. When I returned with the completed forms, reception declined to accept them and directed me to complete the registration online instead. The receptionist questioned where I had obtained the forms, stating they hadn't been using them for some time, despite having handed them to me just two weeks prior. There appears to be conflicting information between what the website recommends and what reception staff are willing to accept. The practice website indicates that online registration captures more comprehensive information, though the details requested appear identical to those on the paper forms. It would be beneficial for both the website and reception procedures to be aligned and updated to clarify the current registration process. I was able to manage the online option without difficulty, though this inconsistency could prove problematic for patients with different circumstances or technical abilities.

I have never come across such a well-coordinated and welcoming medical practice. Appointments are consistently managed so that I receive a consultation or speak with a clinician on the same day.

Online consultation beats the phone queue wait
I am an occasional patient at the practice and have previously contacted them by telephone, experiencing the typical waiting times that come with this method. Recently, I decided to try submitting an online consultation request instead and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response within a very short timeframe. The advice provided was helpful and courteous, and a prescription was arranged in what felt like an incredibly quick turnaround. In comparison to my previous telephone experiences, where I had often waited considerably longer just to speak with reception staff, this alternative approach proved to be remarkably efficient. I was genuinely impressed by the quality of service delivered during this interaction and believe the practice deserves recognition for the processes they have established that allow for such streamlined and time-conscious care. Thank you to the practice team. Excellent experience overall. As an additional note, the practice premises are modern, spacious and well-maintained. The location on the edge of town offers convenient parking facilities and all staff members I have encountered have demonstrated friendliness and professionalism. In my view, it is a well-organised and effectively run practice.

Front desk staff made me feel genuinely welcome
I have found this practice to be efficient and caring. The reception team are welcoming and understanding, and reflect a very well organised surgery. The building itself is clean, light and airy. I have found the clinical staff to be excellent, always taking time to explain treatment plans and clarifying any follow-up arrangements. Special thanks to the clinician who provided my care. Sadly, I have now moved out of area and must leave this surgery. Thank you all.

This practice is undoubtedly the finest I have ever experienced. Whenever I have required guidance or prescriptions, obtaining them has consistently been straightforward and prompt. The outstanding care was particularly evident today when I encountered a severe headache with visual disturbances. I was in considerable discomfort and experiencing unfamiliar symptoms that were quite distressing. I notified the practice through the NHS app regarding my symptoms, and within minutes, a healthcare professional called me back. The practitioner I spoke with demonstrated remarkable compassion, understanding and patience. They offered practical guidance on managing my symptoms and recommended follow-up consultations to explore the matter further. Within thirty minutes of my initial contact, a prescription had been issued and conveniently collected from the pharmacy by a family member. Following adequate rest and recovery, my condition resolved and I experienced relief. The responsiveness and effectiveness of the service provided today was genuinely valued. Healthcare often receives limited praise currently, yet this practice consistently merits recognition for maintaining excellent standards of care, delivered by the entire team on every occasion. I am very grateful.

Reception staff made the process feel easy
I am a regular patient at this practice due to my ongoing health needs. Having recently relocated to the area, I can say with confidence that after experiencing many different practices over time, this is among the finest I have attended. The current appointment system works really well. I complete a brief form and receive a call from the clinician. They either arrange an same-day appointment if my symptoms warrant prompt assessment, or schedule one for a later date. They have also been willing to issue prescriptions by telephone, which is convenient for both me and reduces unnecessary visits. This approach is excellent and I hope it continues. I would also like to highlight that the reception team are consistently friendly, kind and patient. They have been attentive and supportive to both myself and my family members. I have experienced no issues with them whatsoever.

The reception team are consistently helpful and approachable, maintaining a friendly demeanor at all times. When I require guidance, I can send a message and typically receive a reply within twenty-four hours. For urgent matters, I can call and usually speak with a clinician within an hour who either provides advice or arranges a same-day appointment. The clinical and support staff have consistently delivered high-quality and compassionate care throughout my interactions with the practice.
