I been woth this surgury for past 7 years i never had apointment !! Last two years ..my gp is the worst i ever seen ...he take ages to write something in his computer...it is nightmare...reception has always some one new...impossible to contact them by phone...i dont know how they rish this point ...i moved today to another surgery! I dont recomend this place ...doctor,nurces,resiption...un profitional at all.... I dont recomended to any body....

Prior to the pandemic, the reception staff seemed inexperienced, appearing freshly graduated and lacking the skills to interact professionally with patients or manage telephone communications. Since Covid, there's been a modest improvement with digital services and some receptionists displaying a more courteous demeanor. During a recent consultation, the appointment was utterly unsatisfactory. The physician failed to conduct a physical examination or adequately address my health concerns, leaving me feeling dismissed and compelled to schedule another consultation. In stark contrast, my recent appointment with Dr Jatinder Singh was exceptional. He listened intently to my description of symptoms, performed a comprehensive examination, adjusted my medication, and maintained excellent communication throughout our interaction. I departed feeling genuinely supported and confident that my health was being taken seriously. I want to express my sincere appreciation to Dr Singh for his outstanding professionalism and compassionate approach, and I sincerely hope this level of patient-focused care can be promoted throughout the entire medical practice.

I am utterly exasperated and deeply worried following my recent interaction with Busrah Thair, a receptionist at our local medical practice. Her conduct was nothing short of appalling—she completely disregarded my presence at the desk, displaying an astonishing level of rudeness and contempt. To make matters worse, she provided me with a blood test form dated January 2024, despite it currently being August 2025. Such a glaring mistake is completely unacceptable, particularly in a healthcare environment. It is deeply troubling that an individual in such a critical position could demonstrate such carelessness and lack of attention to detail, not to mention her abysmal interpersonal skills. I felt entirely marginalized and invisible as a patient, which is the polar opposite of what one anticipates when seeking medical assistance. The profound unprofessionalism and blatant disregard shown in presenting outdated and potentially critical medical documentation has left me feeling deeply unsettled and frustrated. This encounter has raised significant doubts about the overall standard of service at this practice, and I am prepared to take decisive action if these issues are not promptly addressed. Should I not receive a satisfactory resolution or see meaningful improvement, I will have no alternative but to explore changing healthcare providers. I demand a basic level of care, attentiveness, and respect from an institution that purportedly prioritizes patient welfare.
