Reception staff were genuinely helpful

The reception team were extremely helpful and accommodating. The clinical staff demonstrated a high level of competence and professionalism. The overall standard of care and services delivered was excellent.

Practice doesn't return calls as promised

I would rate this practice lower if the scoring system allowed it. The administrative processes require improvement. When staff indicate they will contact you, follow-up calls often do not materialise and patients must initiate contact instead. There appears to be reluctance when patients request alternative medical perspectives.

This practice has not met my expectations. I found the staff to be unhelpful and dismissive, and felt that the reception team were unwilling to provide assistance beyond the most basic interactions. My overall experience was disappointing and I did not feel well supported during my visits.

Impossible to book appointments online or by phone

I would give a negative rating if possible. It is consistently difficult to secure an appointment through phone calls, and when attempting to book online, technical issues frequently occur with the system indicating that no booking has been made. Several members of the reception team have displayed what I perceived to be discourteous behaviour, among the most unfriendly I have experienced. The sole advantage is the convenient location of the pharmacy adjacent to the practice, which means prescriptions can be obtained without travelling far.
