The majority of employees at this medical practice display a discourteous and rushed demeanor when interacting with patients, both on the phone and in person. They consistently lack empathy and appear to use COVID-19 as an excuse to avoid proper patient care, revealing their underlying unprofessional attitude. I deeply rue the decision to transfer my medical records to this practice. Furthermore, many staff members seem to exhibit discriminatory behaviors towards patients.

Exceptional customer care today. I accidentally showed up a week ahead of schedule for my cervical screening and was having difficulties arranging child supervision. A wonderfully kind staff member went out of her way to accommodate me! What a tremendous weight off my shoulders, especially since I'd previously delayed the test due to my pregnancy. Incredibly supportive and understanding.

Scheduling a visit here is a nightmare. You're forced to endure an endless phone wait starting precisely at 8am just to secure even a simple check-up. When you call, the phone message clearly outlines the importance of explaining your appointment needs to the receptionist. The staff are incredibly supportive and responsive - their attitude will mirror your own approach. In my experience, the physicians are exceptional. I consistently have access to my designated doctor, who is truly remarkable. She's attentive, proactive, and efficiently addresses medical concerns without unnecessary delay. Her direct and no-nonsense approach is commendable. I would absolutely rate this medical practice a perfect 10/10. Compassionate doctors who actually listen and care

I've noticed people often rush to criticize, but this medical practice and its physicians are genuinely compassionate and competent. After my previous healthcare provider shut down, I switched here and can confidently say their approach is refreshingly modern. Unlike my former doctor, who dismissed mental health concerns with outdated remarks like "that's just adult life", this team actually listens. There was previously a female GP who was abrupt and disinterested, interrupting patients before they could fully explain themselves and seemingly more preoccupied with her phone, but she's no longer part of the team. If prescription errors occur (which can happen, and that's understandable), they resolve issues promptly and professionally. Their administrative staff are knowledgeable and efficient - a crucial aspect of quality healthcare that many other practices seem to overlook (I'm looking at you, Homewell practice in Hampshire).

Terrible reception but decent medical care somehow

The front desk staff are about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Once you get past their unhelpful attitude, the actual service isn't terrible. However, if you're in a critical medical situation, you might be in trouble since the receptionists seem to think they know best, which could potentially be life-threatening.

Terrible surgery failed me for years medical care

I had been a patient at this medical practice for an extended period_ It's disappointing, as I previously held them in high regard. Six months after switching surgeries, I now realize I should have made the change much earlier! Obtaining my medical records for legal proceedings was truly enlightening. Aside from anxiety, I was told nothing was wrong... Yet two months later, I was diagnosed with systemic scleroderma and Raynaud's, conditions I apparently had been living with for years. Despite blood tests revealing these issues a year ago, I was made to feel like my symptoms were purely psychological. They were also sluggish in transferring my records to my new healthcare providers. The only positive was a locum who acted promptly after noticing the blood results and questioning why they had not been investigated further. I cannot in good conscience recommend this medical practice.

I just attempted to schedule an appointment, and the receptionist was immediately abrasive and agitated, far from being professional. I'm unable to secure a booking. The front desk staff was incredibly discourteous. Previously, it has taken more than a quarter of a year to get an appointment with my primary care physician. I desperately wish there were alternative nearby practices I could switch to. Since being forced to use this medical center after my previous clinic closed, I've developed nothing but negative impressions of their entire operation.

I've been a patient at this medical practice for years, and while the physicians are truly exceptional when you manage to secure an appointment, navigating the front desk staff is a challenging ordeal. The quality of your experience hinges entirely on which receptionist you encounter. Some seem downright callous and potentially unstable, displaying a complete lack of empathy. The most frustrating aspect is the excessively long wait time—having to schedule an appointment more than a month in advance is absolutely unacceptable. Despite the outstanding medical care, the administrative hurdles make accessing that care incredibly difficult.
