Negligent clinic failed to diagnose my serious injuries

One of the most subpar medical facilities I've encountered. Following a vehicular collision, I arrived with intense discomfort in my back and shoulder, along with leg numbness. The physician was completely dismissive, failing to conduct even a basic examination and simply prescribing pain medication before sending me away. Absolutely the least professional medical center I've ever experienced.

I attempted to schedule an appointment only to be instructed to call back the next morning at 8am. What possible reason could there be?? I'm already speaking directly with the receptionist, so why can't she simply book my appointment right then and there? This entire process is absolutely ridiculous.

Worst medical care ever experienced in my life

I'm consistently thwarted in scheduling any appointments. The front desk staff display an alarming lack of empathy. When my cesarean section incision unexpectedly reopened, I was callously directed to contact my general practitioner's office. Upon explaining my urgent medical situation to the receptionist, I was met with a curt response: "No available slots today. Come back tomorrow." Apparently, my potential medical emergency is of no concern to them. Wonderful. 👌🏻

Terrible service and zero customer compassion

Absolutely worthless service. I arrived just 2 minutes behind schedule because of traffic congestion. The receptionist spent 14 minutes (I precisely tracked this on my phone upon entering) helping a gentleman, only to then inform me I need to reschedule because I exceeded the 10-minute late window! They showed zero compassion, despite my being in considerable discomfort and having already endured a lengthy wait for this appointment. The other staff members in the reception area were equally unhelpful, simply instructing me to attempt booking another slot that's more than a week away.

My partner scheduled a consultation regarding a persistent health concern and was attended to by a temporary physician who hastily prescribed medication in mere seconds, without any meaningful dialogue. Terrible medical care. This falls far short of the compassionate service we anticipate from our national healthcare system.

Impossible to schedule a simple medical appointment

Absolutely dreadful service. I spent a fortnight attempting to schedule a standard consultation, only to be repeatedly dismissed and told to retry the following day. Thankfully this isn't a critical medical situation, or I'd be truly concerned.
