The level of care here is absolutely abysmal. Despite strictly adhering to their protocol of calling at 8 am for urgent appointments, I'm consistently denied and treated with contempt. The phone support is devastatingly inadequate, especially when I'm facing a critical medical situation requiring immediate medication. The male receptionist is consistently hostile and discourteous during phone interactions. Every single time I've needed to provide a medical sample, it either vanishes or they supply the incorrect collection container. When I required a referral to another medical facility, the reception staff were completely incapable of locating the correct contact information or referral details, which resulted in weeks of fruitless searching and personally contacting local health services. They appear to have no comprehension of local medical clinics or healthcare hubs. I can confidently state I've never encountered such a disorganized medical practice.
