Rushed doctors ignored my health concerns

The absolute lowest point of my medical experience - zero assistance whatsoever. One receptionist attempts to be somewhat helpful, but the physician refuses to even acknowledge my concerns, constantly emphasizing their limited time and other waiting patients. There's a complete lack of empathy, and they never genuinely listen to my issues, which consistently leaves me frustrated. Every single visit ends without resolving anything. These doctors seem entirely disinterested in their professional responsibilities, appearing as if they're just going through the motions without genuine commitment. The fundamental purpose of medical care is to provide comfort and support to patients, yet they achieve the exact opposite, causing significant distress. These are unquestionably the most terrible medical professionals I've ever encountered.

Terrible healthcare with zero patient care

Extremely poor service 👎. It's clear they have no concern for patient welfare. The clinic seems to operate purely for financial gain, giving the impression they're solely motivated by government funding per patient. I strongly believe regulatory authorities should launch an investigation and revoke their operating license 👎

Quick morning appointment with caring staff

I'm puzzled by the critical remarks posted here. The personnel are incredibly welcoming and supportive, and Dr. K is truly exceptional. While it's admittedly inconvenient to have to call as early as 8:30am, this is standard procedure at virtually all medical practices when seeking same-day appointments. Given the extraordinary circumstances of the current pandemic, we should extend more compassion and patience towards the hardworking staff at this medical facility.

Impossible to book an appointment by phone

Making an appointment here is incredibly aggravating. Despite being advised to call at 8:30, by 8:34 all slots have vanished after repeatedly attempting to connect—17 times, no less—only to be informed that the clinic actually starts at 8am with patients booking appointments as early as 8:15. This system seems fundamentally unfair to patients who can't physically arrive quickly and must depend on telephone scheduling. The website's information is completely deceptive and misleading. I'm seriously considering finding a new medical practice that offers a more reasonable and accessible appointment process.

Impossible to book a doctor's appointment

In theory, it's completely impractical to schedule an appointment by phone at 8:30 AM for the same day (before 2 PM). This is unacceptable! And if you call at 8:35, suddenly there are no available slots... Bookings are only possible after two weeks! You could potentially die in those two weeks, and they wouldn't care! At the doctor's office, you're given a mere 5 minutes. They barely pay attention, glossing over your concerns and not truly listening to what you're saying. When you're already feeling unwell and receive such treatment, it only makes you feel worse! The medical practice itself might be decent, but their service is absolutely terrible! Extremely poor!

The front desk staff is completely ineffective; whenever I interact with her, she appears utterly disinterested and listless. I understand that her role likely isn't straightforward, but she genuinely transforms the encounter into something unpleasant. That said, Dr Khan is wonderful.
