When we finally got one, we endured a wait exceeding an hour just to see the physician. This situation is completely unacceptable, especially considering my child's intense discomfort. Medical facilities should absolutely prioritize children experiencing significant pain. The receptionist, a Bengali woman named Hasina, was inappropriately giggling during our interaction. Her behavior was entirely unprofessional and disrespectful towards patients. I found her demeanor particularly offensive. She prolonged our wait, causing my daughter to miss valuable school time. Dr. Martha attempted to apologize on behalf of the receptionist's conduct. Whoever supervises Hasina needs to ensure she receives comprehensive training in patient communication and empathy. The entire experience was thoroughly unsatisfactory!!!
