I've been attempting to obtain travel immunizations, but after several appointments, they have repeatedly failed to issue the correct prescriptions. I strongly advise against booking an appointment with this clinic. Their approach is highly unprofessional and chaotic. Practitioners like him significantly undermine the reputation of the National Health Service.

They seem entirely disengaged and appear to be just going through the motions of their job. While the medical professionals—nurses and doctors—are competent, they are overwhelmed with patient loads and rarely accessible. Scheduling an in-person consultation requires an excessively long wait, often stretching to several weeks.

Each consultation must be narrowly focused, and visits are absurdly brief, typically under ten minutes. My mother suffers from multiple health complications, yet they exhibit zero compassion!!! Her cardiac condition is serious, and when I reach out worried, I'm forced to prioritize which specific health issue they might address. I've never encountered such unprofessional healthcare. Let me emphasize: THEY ARE COMPLETELY INDIFFERENT. You could be on the brink of a medical crisis, and they'd nonchalantly suggest scheduling an appointment for the following week.

Absolutely terrible ever since Dr. Naharaja's departure, Dr. Ahmed is a complete disaster. Seven years of waiting for dermatology referrals, and I'm still waiting. Steer clear of this place at all costs! You're more likely to reach your deathbed before receiving any assistance from this clinic. Updated 3 months later, and Dr. Ahmed shows zero interest in referring my daughter to a dermatologist regarding her breast lumps. A truly disheartening and deplorable medical practice.

However, when I attempted to book an appointment, I discovered that I was actually not registered at all. As a result, I will now be seeking medical care with a different general practitioner.
