STEER CLEAR - This location is not the actual Queens Park Centre... The practitioner merely leases a space inside the building and will dodge meeting with you, become confrontational, and hastily prescribe medication without conducting a comprehensive assessment *COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE* Additionally, you're instructed to phone an unstaffed line at 8am to schedule an appointment, only to discover after waiting on hold for ten minutes that he's completely unavailable. Utterly reprehensible!!

The moment you call, they greet you with an overly dramatic "hello what's the emergency?" as if you're dialing an emergency services number. You're then forced into a frustrating conversation with a receptionist who seems to believe she's a medical expert, and you must somehow prove that you're genuinely ill to earn a callback from the GP. This practice has clearly deteriorated, and today it represents the absolute lowest point I've ever experienced. My brother had been unwell for several days, running a fever, and when I inquired why he hadn't sought medical attention, he explained his reluctance to interact with the receptionists. I'm certain he's not alone in this sentiment. These staff members are potentially putting lives at risk. It's high time this medical practice either undergoes a complete management overhaul or simply shuts down altogether.

They were consistently reliable until this recent vaccine rollout. Their approach seems surprisingly lackluster and uncoordinated. While other medical facilities have been efficiently vaccinating individuals in their early 40s without underlying conditions, Queens Park appears to be moving at a frustratingly slow pace, still focused solely on the over-60 demographic. It's hard not to suspect that the staff themselves have likely been fully immunized, which makes their sluggish community vaccination strategy even more perplexing. Truly disappointing performance.
