Tennis elbow treatment left me hanging

Sought medical intervention for tennis elbow: initial approach involved diagnosis and a non-steroid injection with promises of improvement within a fortnight - which failed. Subsequent follow-up after two weeks resulted in being told to wait an additional five weeks. Another communication after five weeks brought more vague postponement, suggesting the condition might resolve itself in 3 months, 6 months, or even a year, with no concrete additional treatment options. Essentially - completely ineffective and not worth pursuing.

Impossible to book a simple appointment

Getting an appointment here is an absolute nightmare. Other medical practices manage to handle call scheduling efficiently within 10-20 minutes. I've been struggling to connect for well over half an hour - sometimes trapped listening to the same recorded messages on loop for 10 minutes before being cut off, and other times just immediately disconnected. Isn't it reasonable to expect a more functional appointment booking system?!

Simple parking solution at dr graham's clinic

Dr Graham consistently ensures I feel completely comfortable. The professionalism displayed is truly exceptional across all aspects. Let me clarify one specific point... Parking is ABSOLUTELY FREE. The practice has NO PLANS to charge patients for parking. Previously, there were parking challenges with hospital visitors leaving vehicles for prolonged periods, causing congestion. This led to the implementation of the parking "permit" system... However, it's hardly an inconvenience when you consider that now, in most cases, you can easily find a parking space - many will recall this wasn't always possible before. By simply entering your car registration number during each visit, you can rest assured there are no associated costs.

Another missed appointment at this clinic

Once more, this medical facility demonstrates its lack of professionalism. For the third consecutive time, I've been unable to secure a proper appointment. I was scheduled to receive a finger injection today and had taken time off work, only to be informed that the doctor was attending meetings this afternoon. Not only was the replacement physician unaware of the reason for a double appointment, but he also revealed that he was not qualified to perform the procedure. I'm extremely frustrated that they didn't even bother to contact me, despite having my mobile number. And to add insult to injury, they charge a £60 parking fee if you don't register your vehicle in their lot. Truly, their service is disappointingly subpar.
