It's laughable how you try to dodge accountability, and you maintained the same unhelpful attitude during our phone conversation. Reporting your behavior seems futile given your deliberate approach.

After nine months of waiting, I followed up and discovered nothing had been processed. While the doctor expressed sincere apologies, the reception staff, particularly Carol, were incredibly discourteous when interacting with the data protection officer (who is also the practice manager). I've submitted multiple requests via email and phone for my medical records and recordings, both during and after my registration, yet received zero response. If you have alternative healthcare options, I strongly recommend avoiding this practice.
