Booking an appointment was incredibly straightforward — no battling early morning phone lines or endless waiting. You simply complete a quick form, and then a receptionist contacts you to schedule an appointment with a GP or pharmacist. I needed to forward some documents, so I emailed them, and subsequently, another receptionist called to confirm their receipt and filing. This is an exceptional practice — incredibly responsive and comforting. *Many* other GP surgeries feel like communication voids — you receive no updates, no test results, no information about referrals. This surgery stands out differently. I genuinely feel they are committed to my healthcare and genuinely want to help. My consultation with Dr Woolridge was extraordinarily impressive — she was unhurried and took genuine time to understand my situation, demonstrating kindness and warmth. She even personally welcomed me to the practice. I wholeheartedly recommend this GP surgery to anyone within their service area.

During my visit, I was extremely weak, and she swiftly conducted tests, promptly diagnosing an infection and immediately referring me to SDEC (Same Day Emergency Care) at Homerton Hospital. The doctors informed me I had a severe infection in my neck and arms, and I later learned my CRP (Infection Marker) was an alarming 400 on the initial test. One doctor emphasized that had I not sought medical attention when I did, the situation could have been fatal, as he had witnessed similar conditions escalate rapidly with potentially deadly consequences. Once again, I sincerely thank Dr. Perreira for her exceptional medical knowledge, expertise, and professional approach in diagnosing my condition quickly. I shudder to think about what might have happened if I had not been referred to the hospital.
