The medical staff are friendly and appear skilled. Nevertheless, there are significant shortcomings in patient follow-up, and securing a timely appointment with the same general practitioner is challenging. The clinic's scheduling process is highly inconvenient. Digital booking options are extremely limited. The administrative process of arranging an appointment is disproportionately time-consuming compared to the actual consultation duration.

Awful on all levels

Dismal service, patient relations and booking. Getting to talk to a doctor on the phone takes on average 1-2 weeks. Contacting the practice is very complicated, it involves filling a form and a call back usually several days after (without a specific time window). If you miss the call one has to start the process over. Booking exams or prescriptions is next to impossible. Staff is very rude and inconpetent.

Incredibly inefficient

Extremely difficult to contact or to get an appointment. Very difficult and cumbersome to get referrals, prescriptions, or even routine appointments. It normally requires several days to speak to someone, and several weeks just to book any kind of test.
