The clinic's scheduling process is highly inconvenient. Digital booking options are extremely limited. The administrative process of arranging an appointment is disproportionately time-consuming compared to the actual consultation duration.

Dismal service, patient relations and booking. Getting to talk to a doctor on the phone takes on average 1-2 weeks. Contacting the practice is very complicated, it involves filling a form and a call back usually several days after (without a specific time window). If you miss the call one has to start the process over. Booking exams or prescriptions is next to impossible. Staff is very rude and inconpetent.
