The early morning phone call ritual for booking appointments remains frustrating. The recently installed automatic entrance doors significantly improve access to the medical center and are particularly beneficial for patients with mobility challenges. The large television in the waiting area displays doctor and patient details, which is useful, though adding room numbers would enhance the system's functionality. Some patient names and room numbers appear briefly, and an audio alert would be a welcome addition. Despite my GP consultation starting later than scheduled, this didn't cause any inconvenience. The service was remarkably streamlined and helped me feel completely comfortable. The patient care was outstanding. I wholeheartedly endorse this medical practice.

This medical practice has egregiously violated data protection protocols and patient privacy by discussing MY mental health details with an unauthorized third party! I have never provided any consent for such actions. Steer clear of this clinic without hesitation. The practice manager is completely unresponsive to my concerns. Looks like I'll be involving the Information Commissioner's Office and legal representation to address this serious breach.

Terrible nurse made my asthma treatment unbearable

The care provided was substandard, and the nurse's competence is seriously questionable. Her interactions with asthma patients are particularly concerning, and she should be prevented from working with individuals suffering from this condition.

Unprofessional receptionist endangers patient safety

On 28.5.24 at 4:40 PM, the sole receptionist displayed shocking unprofessionalism towards a patient referred by an optician who was experiencing severe headaches and appeared disoriented. She dismissively told him to leave and return another day, potentially endangering his health. Fortunately, another staff member intervened and provided an immediate appointment, recognizing the urgent medical situation. The initial receptionist's callous behavior puts patient safety at serious risk, and I intend to escalate this complaint to management, as her conduct could have led to a critical medical incident.
