My personal experience has been excellent, I would rate it 10/10. The clinical staff demonstrate professionalism and maintain consistent follow-up with treatment plans to ensure my family and I receive proper care. The receptionist at the front desk manages the reception area exceptionally well and clearly handles significant responsibilities behind the scenes. They go above and beyond, offering useful guidance and taking time to verify that all instructions and details are accurate and clearly communicated. Courtesy seems increasingly rare nowadays, but this practice has genuinely outstanding staff members. I'm very grateful for the service provided.

Efficient appointments when you need them

My personal experience has consistently been positive. Over the past couple of years, I have needed to attend several appointments due to ongoing health concerns, as well as for treatment of various infections. Whenever I have contacted the surgery, I have been handled with efficiency and have always been able to access the appropriate type of appointment, whether that has been conducted over the phone or in person. I am very grateful to all the clinical and support staff for their assistance.

I speak as I find and throughout recent times this surgery has consistently been excellent at arranging appointments when needed for myself or my family member. Same day telephone and face to face consultations have been provided on multiple occasions over the past period, with the option offered to be seen again shortly afterwards if required. Thank you.

Online prescriptions worked once then stopped responding

I have successfully ordered repeat medications through the online system in the past and received prompt confirmation that the request had been processed, with the medication being dispatched to the pharmacy within a couple of days. On two recent occasions, I attempted to use this same method but did not receive any acknowledgement. I felt compelled to contact the practice by telephone to inquire about the status of my requests. When I spoke with someone, I was informed that the prescriptions were ready at the associated pharmacy, though I sensed the conversation was concluded rather hastily.
