Awful clinic with terrible staff attitude
If I could award no rating at all, I absolutely would. Scheduling an appointment is an absolute ordeal. The clinic's quality has drastically declined since relocating from Wandle Road. The nursing staff displays a dismissive and irritable attitude, and the physicians are equally disappointing.

Misdiagnosed Baby's Serious Illness at Ravensbury Park
Terrible medical treatment, misdiagnosed repeatedly, completely unprofessional physicians. I'm currently hospitalized with my infant, who was wrongly told they had an "eye infection" but actually has bronchiolitis. Major kudos to Ravensbury Park medical centre for their incredible incompetence. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this place. I've absolutely terminated my association with this clinic and believe it should be permanently shut down.

Absolutely dreadful customer service where they simply disconnected my call after leaving me waiting. I underwent emergency surgery three weeks ago but cannot secure a doctor's appointment. My blood pressure medication has expired, yet the reception remains unresponsive to my repeated attempts to schedule a consultation. My surgical wound hasn't been examined by a GP who should have received hospital documentation for follow-up. The entire surgical experience has been completely useless and not worth pursuing. The underlying issue is that GPs now receive government funding directly, allowing them to allocate resources as they see fit. What happened to "payment by results" principles? I've spent a total of 40 minutes across two separate phone calls attempting to book an appointment. Each time, after prolonged waiting, the receptionist abruptly terminates the call. I initiated my first call at 8:20, and they demonstrate zero professional courtesy in addressing patient needs. Once again, I've been cut off after being placed on hold for an additional 20 minutes, with no receptionist available. The surgery claims to operate from 8am to 7pm - but who exactly are they serving? Seemingly, they're more focused on justifying their funding and maintaining administrative comfort rather than delivering actual patient care. THESE SO-CALLED "SPECIAL MEASURES" ARE CLEARLY INEFFECTIVE AND COMPLETELY POINTLESS

I received a suspicious call at work from a doctor on a private, undisclosed number who wanted to verify my identity without properly identifying himself or his practice. Wary of the withheld number and lack of clear information, I questioned his credentials before sharing any personal details. He mentioned something about my son without providing context and abruptly ended the call. This cryptic interaction left me deeply anxious, fearing something might have happened to my son while I was at work. Upon calling my wife, I learned she had simply contacted the surgery inquiring about potential additional antibiotics for our son's previously perforated eardrum, which had apparently healed at the end of his initial prescription. These communication issues compound existing problems at the practice, including a check-in terminal that has been non-functional for over a year, outdated television displays advertising long-past elections, poorly spelled patient information screens, and the significant fact that the surgery has been placed into Special Measures by the CQC.
