Their repeated errors with my prescription have forced me to carefully manage my medication supply and endure uncomfortable withdrawal effects. Their mistakes are widespread and include: 1) mathematical incompetence resulting in an insufficient monthly medication allocation 2) poor documentation practices that led to transcription errors, test result delays, and unnecessary additional blood work when a single test should have sufficed. Exercise caution if you are considering this healthcare provider.

The front desk staff are quite supportive, but I'm perplexed by the pointless prescription form option for selecting a preferred pharmacy, given that they completely disregard my choice. I've repeatedly had my medications routed to an inconvenient location, even though I've clearly indicated my desired pharmacy three or four times on the form. Moreover, I find the doctors to be somewhat inconsiderate and unhelpful.

Spent more than 60 minutes attempting to reach customer service, waiting in an empty queue with zero progress. Despite continuous calling from 11:30 to 12:35, not a single representative picked up. Ultimately, I was forced to give up, completely frustrated by this utterly unproductive experience that squandered my valuable time.

Staff at the front desk displayed extremely unprofessional behavior. After being left waiting for half an hour, they abruptly terminated the call without giving me an opportunity to speak. The receptionist named Jackie consistently demonstrates a dismissive attitude towards patients and maintains a consistently disrespectful demeanor.

I was unable to schedule a consultation, and the receptionist behaved inappropriately, acting like a medical professional while interrogating me about my appointment needs. Dr. Chan's conduct was equally unprofessional and discourteous, mirroring the receptionist's poor attitude. The reception staff should be removed from their position immediately, as they demonstrate a clear inability to manage patient interactions and provide basic customer service with any level of competence or respect.

The receptionist was delightful and accommodating. However, the general practitioner came across as extremely discourteous and, from my perspective, lacking professionalism. The GP dismissively remarked that a procedure my father-in-law is scheduled for would "likely cause more damage than benefit," despite his seasoned consultant indicating a 98% success rate. Even if the GP believed he had superior medical insight, isn't such a statement unnecessarily distressing to communicate to a family member?
