The front desk staff display an appalling lack of professionalism and empathy They consistently ignore patient concerns and demonstrate zero compassion These receptionists are clearly unfit for their roles and should be removed from their positions Their customer service is abysmal and completely unacceptable I would absolutely rate them the lowest possible score if I could

Best medical care ever experienced in amersham

Having moved through 25 different residences in my 30s (quite a journey!), I've encountered numerous medical practices. This one, however, stands out as truly exceptional. I've interacted with doctors, nurses, midwives, and health visitors, and each has been outstanding. The reception team is welcoming and refreshingly different from the typical bureaucratic gatekeepers. Securing same-day appointments is consistently possible, and consultations typically run on schedule. Dr. Ferguson deserves special recognition. Unlike previous experiences, he embodies the ideal of a genuine family physician and is simply remarkable. With two young children, experiencing such continuity of care has been incredibly refreshing. Never have I felt rushed or dismissed. My concerns are always carefully heard, diagnoses thoroughly explained, and I'm actively involved in treatment decisions. In fact, while we desperately need a larger home, one significant reason we're hesitating to relocate is the incredible quality of this medical practice in Amersham.
