Terrible service that endangers patient health
I'd give zero stars if possible! This medical practice is a complete disaster!! The front desk staff are nothing short of DISCOURTEOUS. You're still unable to secure an in-person consultation and instead get added to a callback queue??? Why is this happening? We're supposedly 'coexisting' with covid now!! Why can we resume everything normally except seeing a doctor?! When you eventually consult a physician, you're dismissed with 'it's viral' and must return repeatedly before they'll finally prescribe the medication that was clearly necessary from the start (unbelievable!!!!) and we're left wondering why children are dying?! Because we can't get our children into the clinic, and when we do, the issue isn't properly addressed!! Not to mention the near-impossible task of even getting through on the phone - it took me so long last week that I actually walked to the office, stood in reception while NO phone was ringing and the reception staff were chatting about their Christmas plans!!!!

There, I was informed that I require a prostate exam and blood test, which I relayed back to my GP. If you're experiencing difficulties, steer clear of doctor L. as he demonstrates a complete lack of empathy and disregard for patients' struggles. When I was at my lowest point, battling severe depression and contemplating suicide, I desperately sought antidepressants to help me survive, but he callously refused my request. Such unprofessional behavior makes him unfit to practice medicine; his indifference has the potential to inflict more harm than healing.

Heartless surgery fails vulnerable patient during pandemic
I have a family member registered at this medical practice. Throughout the Covid pandemic, my vulnerable, aged relative has been hesitant to leave their home for the past year and a half. Despite this, the surgery refused to accept a phone call for repeat prescription requests, instead demanding that my relative physically visit and deposit their prescription request in the practice's mailbox. Given that my elderly relative lacks internet access and does not drive, this requirement is extremely challenging. I attempted to discuss the matter with the practice manager, but she remained completely inflexible. THE PRACTICE'S RIGID, BLANKET POLICY IS SHOCKINGLY DISCRIMINATORY AND INAPPROPRIATE GIVEN THE CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES.

I reached out to the medical practice on Monday afternoon, November 22nd, regarding my son who was experiencing difficulties with what ultimately was diagnosed as a chest infection. Although it took several tries to connect with the office due to their apparent high volume of calls, the receptionist I eventually spoke with was incredibly compassionate and understanding about my son's condition. Remarkably, within sixty minutes, a physician contacted my son and scheduled a prompt consultation, during which he was prescribed antibiotics. After reviewing some critical feedback from other patients, I felt compelled to share a positive perspective and express my gratitude for the outstanding care and support we experienced that day.
