For anyone battling both mental and physical health challenges, the receptionist's abrasive demeanor could potentially push someone to emotional desperation. She arbitrarily cancels appointments and manipulates medical records at will, creating unnecessary obstacles for patients. While the medical practitioners themselves appear supportive, accessing their assistance is nearly impossible due to the receptionist's obstructive behavior.
