Excellent GP surgery offering top-notch service from both administrative and clinical staff. The response time is impressive. The clinicians here are amazing, demonstrating genuine care and professionalism whilst ensuring patients never feel rushed during their appointments.

Exceptional Care and Support. I have been attending this practice for over a year, and I can say with confidence that the standard of care and service delivered here is exceptional. From the process of arranging appointments through to the actual consultations, everything has surpassed what I anticipated. The team members are courteous, approachable, and consistently demonstrate a willingness to assist. Quick appointments and genuinely caring staff
Registered as a patient in early 2020 and have found it to be an excellent decision. The service provided has been of high quality, with all team members demonstrating kindness, care and thoughtfulness. The practice excels at following up on appointments, and in contrast to my former surgery, obtaining an appointment with a clinician is straightforward and prompt rather than requiring a lengthy wait.

Receptionist was dismissive and rushed me off the phone
Getting an appointment requires jumping through considerable hoops to demonstrate your need. After the receptionist evaluation, you receive a decision on whether an appointment will be granted. The practice would benefit from investing in staff development and communication skills for their front-line team. The receptionist I spoke with came across as dismissive, indicated that an appointment wasn't appropriate for my situation, and appeared keen to end the call quickly. This was quite disheartening. I would give a lower rating if it were possible to do so.

Short waiting times and proper doctor access
I'm really pleased with how much better this surgery is compared to my previous one. The waiting times are minimal and I'm able to see a clinician promptly without unnecessary delays. The team are thorough with their health assessments as well. I'm very satisfied with the service.
