Dangerous medical centre with terrible service and attitude

A truly dreadful medical practice that deserves complete avoidance. This GP surgery is an absolute disaster and should be permanently closed. The front desk staff are incredibly discourteous, displaying zero empathy or genuine interest in patients. They consistently rush through phone interactions, seeming desperate to end calls as quickly as possible. Anyone concerned about their health should steer clear of this clinic - it could potentially endanger your wellbeing.

Frustrating registration with unhelpful gp staff

The service was abysmal. I signed up with this medical practice on July 5th. Their confirmation email promised registration within 2 business days. After 12 working days, I made three separate phone calls, yet they remain clueless about when they will actually process my registration. Additionally, the phone representative was dismissive and impatient, claiming she had other calls waiting and essentially brushing me off, suggesting I call back at another time. Absolutely do not recommend.

Incompetent reception staff destroy patient experience

I'm writing this review specifically about the reception team, not the medical professionals Their behavior is utterly deceitful I attempted to reach them repeatedly from 8am until 9:15am, and the line was constantly engaged. When I finally got through, they dismissed me by suggesting I call back the next morning at 8am, claiming no availability. I persistently tried calling for an hour and fifteen minutes, with the phone perpetually busy, and when I finally connected, their response was that I "need to try harder" I strongly suspect they are intentionally blocking incoming calls The reception staff are absolutely dreadful

I've been attempting to contact them for an entire hour, and the phone line remains consistently busy. How are customers supposed to schedule appointments? Even when I manage to get through briefly, they tell me to call back in the morning. This is absolutely terrible service.

Rude receptionist ruins patient's healthcare experience

"Absolute Nightmare with Front Desk Staff" I've been a patient at this medical practice since 2003 and have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a receptionist as I did with "MEENA" today. When I attempted to speak with Narinder (who has always been incredibly kind), the receptionist abruptly shut down my request, insisting I contact NHS without hearing my full concern. She even began yelling at me, claiming I was causing her stress, when in reality, I was the one suffering from COVID and seeking assistance. Her complete lack of empathy and unwillingness to listen was shocking. I will definitely be writing directly to Dr. Adeel to report this unacceptable and distressing interaction.

Promising doctor undermined by terrible office management

Dr. Adil is an excellent physician. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to schedule an appointment with him in over a year. The reception staff provide a terrible experience. They seem to believe they possess medical expertise and act accordingly. Their demeanor is incredibly discourteous and they completely lack fundamental interpersonal skills. The administrative team arbitrarily controls online options based on their personal preferences. Parents are unable to create online accounts for children under 16, and patient records remain inaccessible online. I'm deeply frustrated that despite having such an outstanding doctor, the office staff completely undermines the entire practice. Their unprofessional conduct destroys any positive aspects of the medical service. Securing appointments, even virtual consultations, is extremely challenging. While I recognize the complexities of the COVID period, there's absolutely no sense of balance in this practice. When telephonic appointments are eventually secured, scheduled times are consistently ignored, with potential delays spanning hours, or worse, no call materializes at all. With great reluctance, I am now considering switching medical practices. It's truly disheartening to reach this point.

Constantly encountering discourteous and condescending reception personnel. Seriously considering switching medical providers. Every interaction requires battling the front desk for basic details, prescription refills, service information, and scheduling. I've submitted multiple grievances, yet no improvements have been made. The physicians themselves appear competent and accessible.

Nightmare visit with the rudest nurse ever

I'd give this zero stars if possible, but the system requires at least one! This was my second encounter with this medical facility, and it was absolutely terrible. The nurse was incredibly unprofessional, displaying the most appalling bedside manner I've ever experienced. Her abrupt and discourteous attitude was so off-putting that I immediately sought care at a different healthcare provider that same night!

I reached out to schedule an appointment for my friend earlier today. The receptionist's phone manner was abrasive and disrespectful. I'm baffled by their unprofessional approach and lack of basic courtesy. As healthcare providers, they should understand that we are patients seeking care, not targets for their irritating demeanor and aggressive communication. Their conduct is unacceptable - they seem to have forgotten the importance of compassionate service. I hope they realize that their behavior could one day be directed towards them. Rude receptionist fails pregnant patient's urgent needs

The receptionist (I think her name was Fatimah) was extremely unhelpful. I desperately need an urgent thyroid treatment because of my pregnancy, yet she's refusing to send the prescription to the pharmacy immediately. Previously, my prescriptions were processed within minutes, but this inconsiderate woman is insisting I wait 48 hours. She seems completely indifferent to my urgent medical needs as a pregnant patient. During the same conversation, I attempted to inquire about my maternity exemption certificate, but she claimed she couldn't handle multiple requests. What happened to basic customer service and multitasking? Instead of professionally managing my needs, she abruptly ended the call without addressing my concerns. I've encountered challenging interactions with GP receptionists before, but this experience stands out as particularly terrible, especially considering my vulnerable situation - being pregnant and requiring immediate treatment to protect my unborn child's health.

The reception staff desperately need a lesson in basic human courtesy. Their attitude is completely unacceptable - utterly disrespectful, aggressive, and totally unprofessional.
