Referral letter lost, follow-up calls missing

I'm disappointed with the communication and follow-up processes. A referral letter I submitted some weeks ago appears to have gone missing, and despite making enquiries about its status, I haven't received satisfactory answers. The situation has become increasingly frustrating, particularly regarding callback times and ongoing support. This represents a noticeable decline from how things used to be managed.

Excellent team members who provide wonderful support following a surgical procedure. From the front desk personnel through to the clinicians and all those in between, everyone demonstrates genuine helpfulness. The practice is doing outstanding work.

Waiting room delays with unreachable contact numbers

I have been waiting in the reception area for an extended period for my scheduled appointment. A notice displayed indicates that patients should contact the front desk if they have not been called within a short timeframe. However, the front desk appeared to be unavailable, and when I attempted to use the contact numbers provided on the signage, I was unable to reach anyone through either option. I remain in the waiting area awaiting my appointment.
